Mr. Martin Reeves

Senior Partner & Managing Director, Global Director of BCG Henderson Institute, The Boston Consulting Group

Martin Reeves is a senior partner and managing director in the New York office of BCG and global director of the BCG Henderson Institute, BCG’s think tank on business strategy.

Mr. Reeves is currently leading research on resilience, strategy and artificial intelligence, diversity and performance, new bases of competitive advantage, corporate longevity, CEO reflection, and the humanity of corporations. He leads BCG’s collaboration with Fortune on the Fortune Future 50 ranking of firms according to their vitality. He is also author of Your Strategy Needs a Strategy (HBR Press), which deals with choosing and executing the right approach in today’s complex and dynamic business environment. Mr. Reeves holds a triple first class MA degree in natural sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He also studied Japanese at Osaka University of Foreign Studies and biophysics at the University of Tokyo.
