复旦大学管理学院财务金融系系主任、教授

中国金融消费权益保护研究中心副主任

Professor Sun Qian obtained his BA, MBA, and PhD degrees from Peking University, William Paterson College, and Arizona State University, respectively. His expertise is in the areas of international finance and corporate finance with a focus on China. He has published many papers in reputable finance journals including Journal of Financial Economics. He has taught in Nanyang Technological University and served as the Dean of the Institute for Financial and Accounting Studies at the Xiamen University. Currently he is the head of the Department of Finance at Fudan’s Management School. He is also a member of the Asian Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee and the vice president of the Asian Finance Association. He has provided consultancy to many business and government entities.

Tim Kochis has 43 years of experience serving clients and managing professional services firms since 1973, at Aspiriant and Kochis Fitz.   Before that, Tim was head of Personal Financial Planning for Deloitte & Touche and for Bank of America. He is a graduate of Marquette University, BA, the University of Michigan, JD, and the University of Chicago, MBA.
Over the past three decades, Tim has also worked with individuals and organizations around the world…and most notably, in China…to foster the development of the global wealth management profession through CFP certification.  He has chaired the CFP Board of Standards, the Foundation for Financial Planning, and the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB).  Among his several books is Wealth Management for China’s New Elite (SUFE Univ. Press, 2016), co-authored with Bei Zhang, PhD.  
 

Bei Zhang    张蓓

Bei Zhang, Behavioral Economist, is the Co-Founder and CIO of NewE Wealth Management based in Silicon Valley.  Before that, Bei was an assistant professor and a PhD supervisor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE).  Her experience also includes financial modelling at BlackRock.
Bei holds a PhD in Economics from New York University (NYU), and a BA in Economics from Wuhan University.  Over the past 15 years, Bei has extensive teaching and research experience in behavioral finance at NYU, SUFE, the University of California, and the University of San Francisco.  Her research projects on Chinese individual investors have gained sponsorship from the U.S. National Science Foundation and the Russell Sage Foundation.
 

Hong Xue  薛宏
国际金融理财标准委员会董事长
 
Mr. Hong Xue has more than 15 years of experience in financial service industry. He is now the Chairman of FPSB China after he has served as CEO for 6 years. Before that, he was the Executive Director for CFP Shanghai Center and Guangzhou Center. His experience also includes Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada and PWC Canada.
Hong Xue is a CFA charter holder and a member of CFA Institute. He received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Renmin University of China, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from McGill University.
