The concept of leadership is newer than most people think. When the modern business world gets more global and more innovative, ideas of leadership sometimes need to be adapted to local cultures and technological demands. This is the meaning of "global leadership", the need to adapt leadership styles to a changing environment. Prof. Arnulf shares a combination of research, practical experiences and viewpoints on global leadership development.
