BI-Fudan MBA places 48 worldwide and global No. 6 Part-time MBA Program
——2015 Financial Times
China moves away from manufacturing towards services, where the productive resource is the knowledge of its employees. To create value out of knowledge, it needs to be shared between employees and combined into innovative ideas for new services. Control is based on the flow of knowledge within networks of employees, suppliers, and customers. These networks can be visualized, measured, managed, and controlled to create value and deliver innovation. This seminar will show the tools on how, where, and what to control knowledge-based firms, whether these are young start-ups or mature firms that are transforming.
