· access to all WINE 2008 sessions;

| 1.2、Registration Fee Payment | The Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai (a 5-star hotel designated by the conference) will help collect the registration fees for the Organizing Committee of WINE 2008.

Please also send a photocopy of your credit card (both sides of the card), and a photo copy of the main page your passport (the page with your ID photo).
Notice: Please send Authorization Form and Hotel Reservation Form by fax together. |

You will be notified if the registration is successful or not, and the registration can only be successful if the registration fee is received! |

2、Booking Hotel Room
| | 2.1、Conference Hotel Room Rate | A number of hotel rooms at The Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai (5-star and designated conference hotel) are reserved for WINE2008. After you have paid the registration fee and registered successfully for WINE2008, then you will be eligible to reserve hotel room at The Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai at the conference discount rate of:
RMB 700 / per night + 15% Service Fee.
As of September 20, 2008, the exchange rate is: RMB 1 is about EUR 0.102 or JPY 15.28 or US$ 0.146 |

| | To apply for the entrance visa, you may need an invitation letter and hotel confirmation. The latter can be obtained by contacting the hotel. Please download the invitation letter here. |

4、Transportation and Campus Map | | 4.1、Ground transportation from Shanghai Pudong International Airport | Taxi Service: Taxi service is most convenient and reliable. A taxi from the airport to The Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai is approximately RMB150. Please print out the following note (Download)and show it to the taxi driver.
