Three graduates from the Class of 2022 of the Fudan MBA shared how their study has helped in the their career development.
Zhang Yuanhao appreciates the diverse curriculum of the Fudan MBA program and the different background of his fellow classmates. One of the courses that impressed him the most is Business Decision Simulation. During the two and a half years, not only did he gain systematic knowledge of the business world, but he has also largely broadened his business vision, laying a solid foundation for his career development. At graduation, he successfully entered the Danaher OpCo Danaher Business System Leadership Development Program.
Preciously working for an Internet giant company in China, Yang Juan went through a career transition during the Fudan MBA and joined a start-up company. The learning experience improved her efficiency at work and relieved her from the anxiety caused by the pandemic. Her major gains from the MBA study include systematic business knowledge, professional courses like Business Data Analysis, Internet Platform and Ecology, and entrepreneurship-related courses, the the habit of thinking, as well as the precious connections with the extraordinary classmates and the alumni.
Yao Chenchen believes studying at the Fudan MBA is the turning point of his career. The experience improved his leadership capabilities, broadened his horizons, and most importantly, encouraged him to take the leap of faith and transition from supply chain management in a nordic trading company to ESG management in the new energy photovoltaic field.
