Join & Share
Join & Share In 2005, the program established its own student union, the Join and Share Salon (ju xian hui 聚贤荟). The name, ju, as in “gather, get together”, and xian which is phonetically similar to the meaning “share”, but also means “wise and sagacious”, gives a good description of the purpose of the association: A group of wise professional managers gathers in order to share experiences with their peers.
The student association has several network binding activities and creates not only better bonds between the classmates, but also between the students of the different classes.
Alumni Association Networking is an increasingly important tool in today’s business life and the BI-Fudan joint program boasts a wealth of experience and cultural backgrounds. This is the reason why the MBA should not finish after the graduation. The network has a lot of potential, and BI Norwegian School of Management and FudanUniversity are committed to developing and nurturing this network.
After already a decade of joint effort, the BI-Fudan Program has more than 1000 alumni that represent various companies in different sectors of the economy. Among them are: Ericsson, GE, Alcatel Shanghai Bell, SMIC, Phillips, HP, Adidas, Bayer, GM, Sinochem, UT Starcom, Siemens, Dell, Delphi, Honeywell, Johnson Controls International, Intel, Squibb… etc.
The BI-Fudan Alumni Association organizes activities and offers opportunities for the former students to meet each other, exchange ideas and share their success stories of their career development.
