The aim of the module is to understand and identify external conditions that make it necessary to change a strategy, and the internal conditions that impact which strategy is possible, and how. The module include a range of tools that can be used to make and implement strategy, and encourages thinking about short and long term strategic actions.

Professor Profile:Xiaozu Wang teaches Corporate Finance and Chinese Financial Markets at School of Management of Fudan University. He is also an honorary professor of School of Business of Hong Kong University, and an honorary professor of BI Norwegian Business School.He has published widely in economics and finance in international academic journals.
