Nature of the Job:
Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
To draft SHDR Sales overall business strategies, Five Year Plan and AOP through integration with product/package design, business planning, and sales targets of each sales team. To adjust sales strategies
and plans timely and accordingly by monitoring the travel trend and market demand. This position is responsible for the integrated analysis of SHDR resources and strength, finding new business opportunities,
building and maintaining business networks and delivering solutions for the problems. This position is accountable for sensitiveness towards the potential business opportunities, the effectiveness of the
communications and the feasibilities of solutions for the business development plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
To gather and analyze the resources and strength internally and externally, to give supportive information and recommendations to all the sales teams
To support the VP, Sales and Distribution Marketing to develop strategic sales planning and sales execution plan for different sales teams
To develop the SOP for Sales Ops & Admin to share cost and eliminate redundancies through different sales teams
To develop pricing strategies and incentive plans for SHDR products and packages to align with market trends and the adjustment of the visitors flows
To monitor travel market demand and evolving trend of distribution channels based on the data collection and analyst to provide strategies for customized products/packages
To develop the sales service plans for different sales teams to maintain the standardization of SHDR service quality
Desired Skills and Experiences:
At least 10 years of business development, in-house consulting and strategic planning experience
University degree and above, Master/MBA degree preferred
Business driven mindset and holistic approach
A quick and strategic thinker with ability to make decisions
A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment
Efficient and effective communication skills
Preferred good knowledge of market research, strategic planning, and SOP development
Preferred strong network with related government departments, organizations, companies and individuals
Complexity of Work:
The individual has to have a strategic and holistic view upon the sales of SHDR and a smooth communication internally and externally. The success criteria are interdependencies on baskets of favorable
communication and coordination for different stakeholders, excellent analysis of the current situation and the future trends of the market and a suitable adjustment and execution of the business plans; as well
collaboration with other LOBs.
