Strategy Analyst
Position Description

· Responsibilities: As an InterChina Analyst, you will assume responsibilities including conducting research through secondary and primary sources, structuring the analysis and interpreting key findings, performing data processing, uncovering the insights for client solutions, as well as supporting the preparation of client deliverables. Analysts are an integrated part of the team to help our clients make the right decisions at the right time.

Requirements
Candidates should be team players who have the following qualifications and experience:
· Bachelor Degree with excellent academic record; Master Degree preferred.
· Multilingual (complete fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English).
· Typically 1 – 3 years experience of working in China.

Strategy Consultant
Position Description
InterChina Consultants are passionate about working at InterChina. They thrive on client problems, deploying proprietary methodologies in the development of insights and solutions. They enjoy working in project teams, collaborating with other smart people, while being trusted to make their own contribution. And they value working with their coaches as they pursue their own professional development.
· Real Responsibility: As an InterChina Consultant, you will work closely with clients, identifying market opportunities and developing creative strategies. You will learn about markets, conducting fieldwork interviews with market insiders, and run analytical models. You will work under the guidance of a senior and experienced Project Manager.
· Entrepreneurial Environment: We provide a rotation of projects so that our Consultants gain a breadth of experience across different industries and functions. Our colleagues are mix of Americans, Europeans and Chinese, making for a very international workplace. And we avoid politics, preferring to focus on getting things done.

Associate Principal
Position Description
· InterChina has a position opening for an Associate Principal in our Strategy Practice, Shanghai. The position requires the candidate to possess a pivotal role in the company while simultaneously mastering their respective practice area expertise, contributing to InterChina’s positive company culture, and supporting the career development of our people. This essential position also provides a career path on the trajectory towards company leadership.
· The main responsibilities of the Associate Principal will be to lead large-sized and/or complex projects and to deliver cutting-edge, innovative solutions to the clients’ most challenging issues. This opportunity is ideal for those with a solid management consulting background in China, and they will be able to leverage their practical knowledge for the purpose of developing new strategies and approaches for multinational players.
· The Associative Principal is an integral part of InterChina’s business development activities in developing new clients and key accounts. The position requires high involvement in lead generations and negotiations, as well as evolving our suite of services and capabilities.
· Within the framework of InterChina’s Performance Management System, the Associate Principal will become the Performance Coach of several junior colleagues. Typical coaching responsibilities include: communicating performance expectations, establishing performance improvement goals, monitoring progress and providing performance feedback; as well as conducting formal performance appraisals. The position also requires aiding other junior colleagues in defining how InterChina’s corporate values should be interpreted in each context, and guiding them to uphold the best business practices.
Requirements
· Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
· MBA, Masters, and/or PhD from a top-tier global program is strongly preferred.
· A minimum 6 years of management consulting experience in China with a successful track record.
· Bilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English).
· Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
