Marketing Coordinator – advanced (SIEMENS Industry Software)

Job Responsibilities:

-          Engage in the development, planning and implementation of Marketing activities 

-          Lead generation in China market

-          Brand awareness and reputation building

-          Comfortable to gather date/analyze competitive information

-          Excellent in case study/Video/customer testimonial for marketing contents creation

-          Fluent in mass volume model in SMB model in China Mechnical CAD/PLM Market

-          Strong at Digital marketing – online and web seminar

-          Work with channel partners to develop and implement marketing strategies and programs

-          Develop channel partners to work with Siemens PLM software

-          Understand SMB/Mid range CAD/PLM market

-          Recruit channel partners/Provide channel partners with marketing support for demand generation and follow up 

-          Work with channel sales management/channel sales Rep. within the organization to establish the infrastructure needed to support channel partners

-          Advanced skills with high level of proficiency

-          May consult with senior peers on general projects 

-          Good at marketing budget operation

-          Work with minimal supervision

-          Full hands-on style worker

Job Requirements:

-          BA/BS degree (Business management or marketing major preferred)

-          5-7 years of Marketing experience in IT field

-          Software industry experience and digital marketing experience will be highly preferred

-          Good ability of project management

-          Must have channel partner marketing experience

-          Excellent knowledge of channel sales and marketing processes

-          Experience in business intelligence and/or data visualization

-          Good business acumen with clear logic

-          Experience with channel sales support and project management

-          Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior level management; strong presentation skills

-          Excellent communication skill/Interpersonal skill/Presentation skill

-          Able to travel at almost one time/ per month

-          Fluent in Chinese and English
