Position:             Senior Strategy Consultant

Location:             Shanghai / Beijing

Company - Local Leading Strategy Consulting Firm

Responsibilities:

-          Lead consulting projects including strategy project and/or commercial dual diligence project covering full industries e.g. Consumer products, Consumer service, Industrial, Auto, Healthcare, Pharma., PE, TMT, internet industry and so on

-          Manage clients’ mid-management team and work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change and win buy-in for your recommendations

-          Coach and give feedback to team

-          Develop Knowledge Investment Projects

-          Support firm initiatives

Requirements:

-          Bachelor or higher degree from top Chinese or overseas universities is a must

-          5 years above Strategy consulting project management and/or commercial dual diligence project management experience is a must

-          Project management experience in leading consulting firms is preferred

-          Proven analytical and problem solving skills

-          Good interpersonal skill and strong team spirits

-          Open minded for critical thinking and alternative views

-          High level of Entrepreneurship, strong willingness to take more challenges together with fast growth organization and external environment

-          Fluent in English
