Major responsibilities include:
• Lead small-to-middle size MP, IPD and related BPR consulting projects
• Manage client relationship in consulting projects
• Conduct benchmarking studies and identify industry best practices
• Analyze and prioritize clients’ business issues
• Deliver high value-added client deliverables and make convincing recommendations tailored to the defined audience
• Assist in generating proposals and promoting target clients
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and community-building activities
• Cooperate with other service team to maximize the value created for client engagements
Job Requirements:
• An MBA or advanced degree from top business education institutes is strongly desired. Degree in Industry Engineering, Industry Management or Software Management is also welcome.
• At least 5 years experiences in Electronic/Auto/Machinery industry
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management/ Market Planning, Project Management or R&D management
• Consulting service experience is expected but not necessary
• Aggressive, self-motivated, fast learning team player, willing and able to work in multi-cultural environments.
• Strong communication, PPT writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities

Job role: Operation Strategy Consultant
Department: IBM GBS Strategy and Transformation; Operation Strategy

Responsibilities
For general level consultant candidates: (1). Perform client interview, industry or business practice research independently; (2). Analyze client issues and solve problems with structured approach; (3). Conduct consultancy report, business operations elements design including operations tactics, organization, process, KPIs, people skills as required by project; (4). Communicate with the consulting project stakeholders with business insights and practical design content.
For senior level consultant candidates, they needs to stretch their capabilities to: (1). Work as trusted business advisor for CEOs and other senior executives at the client company, and lead sizable project teams to design operations model or operation solutions in terms of organization, process etc. that will help improve grow or transform the company business. (2). Build long term client relationship and engage in business development activities; Build solid internal network to promote and develop operation strategy business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of business and operation strategy knowledge, in-depth business function tactics and knowledge (such as sales & marketing, SCM, R&D or finance etc.)
2. Strategic and structural thinking, strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems, relevant and solid experience in consulting methods and delivery is a plus.
3. Aggressive, self-motivated, fast learning team player, willing and able to work in multi-cultural environments.
4. Strong communication, PPT writing and presentation skills.
5. Prior management consulting and project management experience preferably with leading consultancy firms is a plus.
6. Solid and successful career track, at least have 3 years working experience.

Job role: Senior Strategy Consultant
Department: IBM GBS Strategy and Transformation; Business Strategy

Responsibilities:
1. Consulting Project delivery: Work as trusted business advisor for CEOs and other senior executives at the world’s top companies, and lead sizable project teams to design business solutions that will help grow or transform the companies.
2. Business development: Build long term client relationship and engage in business development activities; Build solid internal network to promote and develop operation strategy business opportunities.
3. Team coaching and development: Assist to build up team capability in strategy and transformation areas; Provide coaching to other junior members of the team.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of business and operation strategy knowledge, in-depth business function tactics and knowledge (such as sales & marketing, SCM, R&D or finance etc.)
2. Strategic and structural thinking, strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems, relevant and solid experience in consulting methods and delivery is a plus.
