Sales Director
China Consumer Healthcare Department
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, negotiate, contract and manage selected distributors in Healthcare channels
2. Achieve the set sales targets, including GS/NS and market share
3. Support the Commercial Head to develop the channel strategy for Brick & Mortar, including product strategy by channel, listing and expansion strategy, display strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy & instore activation strategy to ensure the achievement of the set business target
4. Establish the monthly sales targets, including GS, TP, Order, Collection and other KPIs, and keep monitoring and update the monthly rolling forecast
5. Identify the right influence individuals and mechanism in the channels and develop and implement the activation and promotion in different channels
6. Develop & implement effective consumer activities within the set budget
7. Establish and maintain proactive relationships with key customers. Negotiate the contract and trading terms to optimize both service/support from business partners and internal P&L
8. Sales call on a regular base and monitor the daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. Develop and provide regular reports and in-depth analysis for our set strategy & program as well as optimization of our activities
9. Collect the sales order and manage the financial reconciliation and the account receivable with Supply Chain and Finance team
10. Responsible for industry expo participation, onsite reception/customer engagement and follow-up sales
11. Plan, track and control the TP within the set budget and continue to optimize
12. Competitors’ intelligence collection
13. Other assignments from direct supervisor
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 5 yrs.+ experience in sales, candidate with medical devices experience is preferred
3. Solid experience in establishing new distributors/accounts and developing new markets
4. Excellent sales skill and communication skill, presentable and with positive characteristic
5. Hands-on and detail oriented, owning high level of entrepreneurship
6. Smart, good analytical skill, excellent problem solving skill
7. Resilient, focus on solutions in times of challenges and set-backs
8. High integrity
9. Excellent learning capability and with high growth potential
10. Energetic, willing to travel up to 50% of working time
11. Foundation English language skill, good at Word, Excel & other office software, fluent English will be a plus
