• Business Acumen - Has a strong understanding about how business works and assesses trends, issues and challenges which impact Starr’s business environment and builds this into project planning.

• Management Consulting Skills - Uses structured diagnostics to accurately determine the root causes of various organizational performance issues and partners with the Starr management team to determine the appropriate intervention strategy and expectations/scope.

• Change Management - Proactively demonstrates to Starr management the impact/people risks of organizational change and builds and manages plans for reducing this risk. Ensures change management is integrated into the project plan.

• Project Management - Drives projects to successful outcomes. Administers project budgets that meet cost and resource expectations where appropriate.

• Business Process Optimization - Maintains and enhances standards of quality by focusing on the continuous improvement, optimization, and transformation/design of processes to achieve project and business objectives.

• Decision Making - Gathers data, seeks input from key stakeholders, and bases decisions on relevant facts considering both the long and short term implications and impact of decisions both on project goals and on other departments.

• Managing Cross BU Collaboration - Identifies and involves key stakeholders for consulting projects.

Requirements

• MBA from Top Tier Business School

• 5-8 Years Professional Experience, 2-3 Years Post MBA

• Strong English Language Capabilities (Written and Spoken)

• Native Mandarin speaking

• Ability to Travel 25-50%, Including International

• Strong Presentation and Composition Skills, Including Use of MS Word, PowerPoint

• Strong Analytical Skills, Including Use of Excel, Access

• Strong Communication and Project Management Skills
