1．Junior Sales & Support
Job Location: Hong Kong or Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in development of new Chinese corporate and institutional clients offshore
2. Assist in the preparation and development of marketing materials, working with product teams and investment teams and ensure delivery to appropriate clients
3. Responsible for overseeing and managing the on-boarding (KYC) of institutional, corporate and separately managed accounts
4. Interfaces with the clients and legal counsel to negotiate and finalise investment management agreements and investment guidelines
5. Handle ad hoc client enquiries for existing and prospective clients
6. Manage the weekly/monthly client portfolio statement and ensure the on-time delivery and accuracy
Job Requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above in finance / economics / management / law with equivalent with 2 - 4 years of industry experience; prior experience in asset management company （基金公司，银行，券商资管）or oversea/cross-border business department （国际业务/跨境业务）of Chinese financial institutions preferred
2. Strong connection with the Chinese corporate and institutional clients offshore
3. Familiar with the structure of full range of investment quotas including QFLP, QFII, QDII and RQFII from a regulatory perspective
4. Must be skilled at quickly sizing up situations in a dynamic environment and simultaneously dealing with multiple client-related issues to effectively utilise time and available resources to meet tight deadlines
5. Self-motivated and independent
6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in English working environment, both spoken and written
2．Junior Product Manager
Job Location: Hong Kong or Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in product development and generate tailored investment solutions to meet the needs of offshore Chinese corporate and institutional investors in asset management space
2. Manage and oversea new fund launching programs and responsible for negotiating and finalizing transaction documentation with internal and external legal counsel
3. Monitor and manage day-to-day logistics and operations of the existing investors’ portfolios
4. Provide investment product, market updates and technical trainings to sales team and assist in business development and marketing
5. Regular review and update the investment presentation and marketing materials
6. Handle ad hoc client enquiries for existing and prospective clients
Job Requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above in finance/economics/management with equivalent with 2 - 4 years of direct industry experience in asset management company offshore or fixed income structuring in foreign banks preferred
2. Deep understanding of offshore fixed income related products including OTC derivatives and structured products and experienced in pricing, documentation and execution of above
3. Familiar with the structure of full range of investment quotas including QFLP, QFII, QDII and RQFII from a regulatory perspective
4. Self-motivated and independent
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in English working environment, both spoken and written
