For 11 years, Chen Xiaofei has been devoted herself to the charity sector, helping children and youngsters to become financially literate. Now head of the organisation, Chen often found herself clueless when facing problems and in need of professional knowledge so as to change the flat organisational structure, improve the management and boost efficiency of the service offered by her organisation.
It was at this point that Chen decided to apply for the Fudan MBA program. Not only did she get enrolled, she also won an exceptional scholarship, which was launched in 2020 for the charity sector provided by School of Management, Fudan University.
Chen believes that she has became more self-disciplined after becoming a Fudan MBAer. Having set the goal and direction of progress, she is now striving to achieve a balance between work, learning and the family. ”As the CEO of a social welfare organization, my personal growth is likely to promote the growth of the organisation,“ said she. ”Studying in the Fudan MBA program spurs me on to make continuous efforts to bring more contributions to the social welfare in China and promote a virtuous cycle of the society.“
