When she decided to continue her study, Liu had two options: one was to pursue advanced studies in social work or public administration following her education background in sociology; the other, a relatively more challenging path, was to dig deeper in the science of business management, so as to find a new perspective and way of thinking for the development of her philanthropic undertakings.
It was at that moment that the scholarship for the charity provided by the Fudan MBA pro-gram gave her an impetus to break out of her comfort zone and achieve self-exploration. ”It felt like a whole new arrangement of fate and opened up another door for me,” Liu ex-pressed her gratitude for the program, “I’ll strive to live up to this support and trust by promoting the social welfare with what I have learned.“
