Zhu Wei and Yang Yi, both newly enrolled for the Fudan MBA program, are a happily married couple who have been together since their college years.
With their education background in finance, Yang joined PwC and Zhu, Ernst & Young. After years of working, they began to feel constantly urged to further explore their potentials and change career paths. Zhu wishes to enter the financial industry after graduation, and her husband is aiming at the manufacturing industry. “The quickest and most direct way is, without doubt, to go back to school for further study,” Yang said.
As a reward to their months of learning and preparation, Yang and Zhu both got enrolled into the 2023 class of the Fudan International MBA program and won substantial sums of scholarship for their outstanding performance in the National MBA Entrance Examination.
“Full-time study will allow us to systematically learn and practice without distraction, to make full use of the rich resources provided by the Fudan platform, and to get prepared for a whole new future career,” Zhu expressed her excitement about the two years of campus life ahead of her and the new adventures about to unfold, side by side with her other half.
