This April and May, 20 iLab teams have completed the mid-term report of the 2022 Fudan MBA iLab Business Consulting Projects.
The ADEN Group team's project is on Smart Building, New Mobility and Energy Transition. The team has been focusing on the technical subdivisions that the enterprise is most interested in, so as to help the enterprise find its suitable role in the distributed energy application scenarios.
The team of Suomen Tekojaa Oy has been working on the energy efficient refrigeration solutions for ice and snow arenas in China. The team pointed out in their mid-term report that up to 60% of the energy consumption in the refrigeration of Chinese ice stadiums can be saved with the technology proposed by Suomen Tekojaa Oy. The team will go on investigating on the bidding process of ice makers in China, and help Suomen Tekojaa Oy make predictions about China's ice sports market.
The team working with Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is aiming to deliver an in-depth report on the development of EV in ASEAN member states. The team has carried out analysis on government policy support, supporting facilities and the automotive market. In the next phase, the team will use Porter's five forces model to help the company in its promotion of the intelligent and environmentally friendly development of the new energy vehicle industry in Thailand.
