Please take the appropriate action as follows: <span class=\"font-weight-bold underline-a\"><\/span> <\/p>\n      <p class=\"description\">a)\tAbsence due to work \/ personal reasons: Students are required to submit an official application letter with clearly stated reasons and supporting documentation to the Programme Office at least one week prior to the examination date. <span class=\"font-weight-bold underline-a\"><\/span> <\/p>\n      <p class=\"description\">b)\tAbsence due to medical reasons: Students are required to submit an official application letter together with a medical\u2019s certificate at earliest convenience. <span class=\"font-weight-bold underline-a\"><\/span> <\/p>\n      <p class=\"description\">Make-up examination arrangement is subject to course instructor\u2019s approval. If make-up examination is to be offered, only <span class=\"font-weight-bold underline-a\">ONE<\/span> make-up exam will be arranged in 4 weeks after the original exam date.
