class=\"description\">\u5b66\u751f\u8fdd\u53cd\u8003\u8bd5\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u8003\u8bd5\u7eaa\u5f8b\u8005\uff0c\u9664\u4e88\u4ee5\u76f8\u5e94\u5904\u5206\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u6210\u7ee9\u65e0\u6548\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e0d\u53ca\u683c\u5904\u7406\u3002\u51e1\u60c5\u8282\u7279\u522b\u4e25\u91cd\u8005\uff0c\u6216\u7d2f\u8ba1\u4e24\u6b21\u8fdd\u53cd\u8003\u573a\u7eaa\u5f8b\u8005\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u5f00\u9664\u5b66\u7c4d\u5904\u5206\u3002<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description\">1)\t\u8003\u8bd5\u65f6\u6709\u4e0b\u5217\u60c5\u8282\u4e4b\u4e00\u8005,\u7ed9\u4e88\u4e25\u91cd\u8b66\u544a\u5904\u5206\uff1a<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\t\u672a\u6309\u8003\u8bd5\u89c4\u5219\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u4e66\u5305\u3001\u4e66\u7c4d\u3001\u7b14\u8bb0\u3001\u901a\u8baf\u8bbe\u5907\u7b49\u4ea4\u5230\u8003\u573a\u6307\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9\u5e76\u4e0d\u542c\u529d\u544a\u8005\uff1b<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\t\u53d1\u73b0\u8003\u573a\u5185\u6216\u8005\u8003\u8bd5\u8bbe\u5907\u5904\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u4e0e\u8003\u8bd5\u7b54\u6848\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u800c\u672a\u5411\u76d1\u8003\u8001\u5e08\u62a5\u544a\u8005\uff1b<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(iii)\t\u534f\u540c\u4ed6\u4eba\u8fdd\u53cd\u8003\u8bd5\u89c4\u5219\u3001\u8003\u573a\u7eaa\u5f8b\u8005\u3002<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description\">2)\t\u5728\u95ed\u5377\u8003\u8bd5\u4e2d\u6709\u4e0b\u5217\u884c\u4e3a\u4e4b\u4e00\u8005\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u8bb0\u8fc7\u5904\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\t\u5c06\u4e0e\u8003\u8bd5\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6587\u5b57\u6216\u516c\u5f0f\u6284\u5199\u5728\u684c\u9762\u4e0a\u3001\u85cf\u5728\u8bd5\u5377\u4e0b\u6216\u8bfe\u684c\u5185\u7b49\u5904\u8005\uff1b<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\t\u5728\u8003\u573a\u5185\u76f8\u4e92\u4f20\u9012\u6216\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u8003\u8bd5\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u884c\u4e3a\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description\">3)\t\u5728\u8003\u8bd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u51e1\u91c7\u7528\u6284\u88ad\u6216\u62f7\u8d1d\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u4e0d\u6b63\u5f53\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u7a83\u53d6\u4ed6\u4eba\u7b54\u6848\u6216\u7b54\u9898\u8d44\u6599\u7b49\u8005\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u7559\u6821\u5bdf\u770b\u5904\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description\">4)\t\u6709\u4e0b\u5217\u884c\u4e3a\u4e4b\u4e00\u8005\uff0c\u5c06\u4f1a\u88ab\u63d0\u4ea4\u5230\u6e2f\u5927\u7eaa\u5f8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u60c5\u8282\u4e25\u91cd\u8005\u5c06\u7ed9\u4e88\u5f00\u9664\u5b66\u7c4d\u5904\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\t\u7531\u4ed6\u4eba\u4ee3\u66ff\u8003\u8bd5\u3001\u66ff\u4ed6\u4eba\u53c2\u52a0\u8003\u8bd5\u8005\uff1b<\/p>  \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\t\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4f5c\u5f0a\uff0c\u5077\u7a83\u8bd5\u5377\u6216\u91c7\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u79cd\u624b\u6bb5\u7a83\u53d6\u8bd5\u5377\u5185\u5bb9\u8005\uff1b<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(iii)\t\u4f7f\u7528\u901a\u8baf\u8bbe\u5907\u4f5c\u5f0a\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4f5c\u5f0a\u884c\u4e3a\u4e25\u91cd\u8005\u3002<\/p>        \n  \n    <h4 class=\"primary-heading font-cursive font-weight-bold\">6.3\tExam-Related Disciplinary Actions<\/h4>  \n    <p class=\"description\">Students who infringe any of the Examination Regulations is liable to be the subject of a complaint. It may result in respective disciplinary actions and receive a failing grade in the corresponding course. For serious cases or students who have engaged in any misconduct twice, the penalty could be discontinuation of study.<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description\">1)\tA reprimand may be given to students in the following circumstances:<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\tFail to follow the Examination Regulations and did not follow instructions from the invigilator;<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\tObtain or seek to obtain advantage in the examination by having or seeking access to unauthorized information or material and did not report to the invigilator; and<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(iii)\tCollaborate with other students to seek to obtain advantage in the examination.<\/p> \n    <p class=\"description\">2)\tA demerit may be given to students in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\tWrite or copy any notes or formulas on the desk within the examination areas; and<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\tAttempt to communicate with any other person during the time appointed for an assessment;<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description\">3)\tPenalties may be imposed if students engage in plagiarism or employ or seek to employ any other unfair means at an examination or in any other form of assessment.<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description\">4)\tStudents may referred to the HKU Disciplinary Committee and studentship may be terminated in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(i)\tImpersonation of another candidate, or allow oneself to be impersonated in an examination; <\/p>  \n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(ii)\tCollusion, theft, or obtaining the examination papers in any unfair means; and<\/p>\n    <p class=\"description ml-2\">(iii)\tCheating by using any telecommunication devices or any other means.
