The origin

The soon-to-be-opened Zhengli Campus, with a total building area of 100,000 square meters, is the first open educational and commercial complex in Chinese mainland.

Concept of design

Our vision for designing this campus was to create a space that feels like a garden—welcoming and comfortable, like home. We want everyone who comes here to feel: "Ah, it feels just like home."

“Everyone involved in the construction of the new campus of School of Management has a passion for it. We hope it will become a classic, timeless masterpiece. Watching the nearly completed building is like seeing my child grow up; I feel both proud and reluctant. It's a father's emotion and the bond between a builder and the building. When the new campus opens, I will bring my daughter here, imagining her one day enrolling at Fudan and walking into this campus I helped build.”

“The large terracotta tubes used in the new campus have never been made before in the world. If successful, they will be a groundbreaking milestone. This high-end, customized product is not only a challenge but also an excellent opportunity for technological innovation. In the long run, overcoming technical difficulties will greatly enhance our brand influence and elevate China's terracotta materials in global competition.”

“The titanium alloy canopy will shine brilliantly even after a century. For me, I am willing to sacrifice personal interests for the development of higher education and the materials industry in China. As an entrepreneur, I carry my ideals and ambitions, always looking towards the future, pursuing the most complex, most expensive, and most challenging material research. I am willing to dedicate 20 years of my youth to exploring a technology that contributes to the development of the industry and the nation.”
