主讲嘉宾: Professor Xiumei Zhu

Purdue University
Dr. Zhu received her Ph. D. in Business Administration from Duke University in September 2009. She completed her undergraduate degree in English from Beijing University in 1999. Her primary area is organizational behavior with specific interests in groups and teams, expertise and experience, social networks, and cultural issues in organizational settings. Her current research focuses on how the different dimensions of group expertise and group task process influence the utilization of expertise to improve group effectiveness; the implication of prior functional and cultural experience variety for individual behaviors and group dynamics; and the antecedents of individual social networks across multiple levels of analysis. Her research has appeared in Academy of Management Review and Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings.
