             北京大学光华管理学院访问讲席教授

姜铠丰，美国俄亥俄州立大学费舍尔商学院管理与人力资源系杰出教授。他的主要研究兴趣是战略人力资源管理，曾在国际顶级管理学期刊上发表过近40多篇学术论文，并主编过两本英文论文合集，是2010年以来从事该领域研究的最活跃和被引用最多的学者之一，他在过去三年连续入选斯坦福大学评选的全球前2%的科学家名单。2018年他获得美国管理学会人力资源分会早期职业生涯成就奖。他还在2018和2021年两次获得国际劳动和雇佣关系协会Luis Aparicio职业成就荣誉奖。他是Personnel Psychology副主编，并曾担任过HRMJ和IJHRM的副主编。他同时还担任多个国际管理学期刊的编委（AMJ, AMR, JAP, JOM, OBHDP, MOR, HRM）。他从2021-2026年担任美国管理学会人力资源分会的联席主席。2024年，他获评美国工业与组织心理学会会士。目前，他在北京大学光华管理学院担任组织与战略管理系的访问讲席教授。

摘    要：

This presentation will focus on the origin, development, and latest progress in the field of strategic human capital resources (HCR) research over the past decade. Unlike traditional strategic human resource management (HRM), this field emphasizes the study of the emergence process of HCR from the individual level to the team and organizational levels, as well as the complementarity between HCR and various contextual factors. We will summarize and provide an outlook on the latest developments in macro HRM research by introducing this research area and its related topics (e.g., mobility, star employees). If time permits, the speaker will also briefly share his latest research findings in this field.
