Role Description
?Act as coach and trusted business advisor to assigned Clients and Stakeholders
?Shape and steward Company culture locally
?Facilitate deployment of integrated local talent management, development, compensation, performance management and workplace rights strategies
?Lead in the development of relevant regional and local HR strategic plans and programs
Responsibilities
?Follows direction of Senior SBP
?Initiates and sustains continuous dialogue with business leaders on both internal and external change issues and opportunities
?Leads and facilitates development of change plans and implementation of People Change.
?Leads and stewards the development and implementation of “Big C” organizational capability plans
?Works collaboratively with the Center and/or COEs/GBS to develop policies, programs, tools and provide timely feedback to Center and/or COEs/GBS on effectiveness and value to the business
?Collaborates with bottler partners on system alignment and capability development, talent management, and labor/social responsibility issues
?Workforce analytics, translation of insights, design, development and implementation of HR strategies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
?
? Over 12 years solid experience in HR Management including no less than 8 years in managerial role
?Excellent communications and presentation skills both in Mandarin and English
?Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
?Experience in organization change process would be a plus
?Overseas experience would be preferable
