1、Location: Beijing
Title: Web Designer, Graphic Artist
Salary: DOE – Depending on Experience
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
● Ownership of China brand website design and front end development including landing pages and responsive design mobile pages
● Ownership of visual design across WeChat, Weibo, JD.com, Amazon.cn, TMall.com, and other digital media or online marketplace.
● Create and produce all print ads, dealer brochures, posters, signage, display stands and other offline collateral.
● Develop and maintain consistency brand visual identity of all digital and offline materials
● Distill business, functional and creative requirements into focused, understandable deliverables such as design comps and prototypes.
● Code flattened mock ups into functional web pages using html/css
● Work with US and China marketing teams, other internal stakeholders and outside suppliers to ensure effective and timely outcomes.
● Localize web site images, graphics, charts and visual design to connect with China consumers.
Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years experience creating user-center web design for ecommerce online retail UI
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital communications, web design or similar
● Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin
● English speaking preferred but not required.
● Proficiency with HTML, XML, CSS3 and JavaScript
● Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.
● Competent in standards-compliant responsive web CSS and media queries for a mobile optimized web site experience.
● Experience with Magento Enterprise or Magento Community a plus

Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: DOE – Depending on Experience
Reports to: International Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
● Develop and grow the Alen brand into a recognizable and trusted source of quality air purifier products and services.
● Lead and manage a team of highly motivated marketing specialists (social media, EPR, website design, online marketplace, SEO, PPC), to win in the marketplace.
● Manage and develop a team of customer and dealer specialists to support customers and dealers.
● Define and execute a localized marketing execution strategy aligned with corporate Alen brand and marketing strategy to attract, retain and grow customers.
● Develop powerful and competitive offers to address customer obligations, threats and future opportunities
● Manage and direct search marketing across Baidu, Google and other leading search engines to drive qualified traffic to online offers to transact
● Increase Alen brand website visitors, average order value and site conversion rates.
● Oversee social media strategies to grow the Alen community, increase engagement and encourage referrals and ultimately drive to a sales opportunity.
● Develop email and SMS/text capability to increase communication with customers and prospects.
● Create co-marketing programs, direct print collateral and offline events to develop local markets with channel sales partners.
Requirements:
● Minimum 7 years marketing experience in online retail or digital marketing
● Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar field of study.
● Experience with direct marketing of home appliance products a plus.
● Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
● Must have digital marketing experience including SEM, SEO, SNS, and email/SMS
● Must have experience managing digital marketing agencies and cross functional departments.
● Experience with Magento ecommerce management system a plus
● Ability to analyze data from web tracking tools to make strategic recommendations such as Baidu Analytics and Google Analytics.

Title: Marketing Specialist
Salary: DOE – Depending on Experience
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
● Manage and direct search marketing across Baidu, Google and other leading search engines to drive qualified traffic to online offers to transact
● Manage keyword expansion and implement content strategy to increase SEO rankings on all major search engine networks.
● Develop and implement link building strategies and content on Baidu properties.
● Execute AB tests, collect and analyze Baidu and Google Analytics data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
● Establish, track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
● Manage campaign expenses, staying within budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
● Optimize copy and landing pages for PPC campaigns.
● Stay up to date on latest trends and best practices in SEO and PPC.
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years SEO and PPC experience managing PPC campaigns on Baidu
● Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar field of study.
● In-depth experience with website analytics tools, especially Google and Baidu Analytics.
● Experience with Magento ecommerce management system a plus
● Fluent in both Chinese and English (verbal and written)

4、Location: Beijing, Shanghai or Hangzhou
Title: Online Marketplace Manager
Salary: DOE – Depending on Experience
Reports to: International Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
● Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to online marketplaces.
● Build and maintain good working relationships with household appliance category managers at JD and Amazon.
● Establish and manage Alen shop on Tmall
● Evaluate other online shopping sites and expand Alen to those that fit our brand and sales objectives.
● Define and execute localized merchandising strategies on JD.com and Amazon.cn to increase Alen product visibility and sales.
● Plan, evaluate and execute seasonal product promotions across marketplaces to achieve sales targets
● Manage all display and PPC advertising media buys across marketplaces.
● Increase Alen brand equity across marketplaces.
● Upload and manage new product skus and well designed product pages.
● Track and manage product inventory levels and coordinate with operations manager to ensure product remains in stock
● Measure, report and analyze relevant metrics to monitor and optimize performance
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years managing online marketplaces including JD.com and TMall.
● Minimum 3 years in online or digital marketing preferred
● Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English and be able to communicate well with US and China based team members.
● Must have experience managing online advertising and PPC
● Existing relationships with JD, Tmall or Amazon China very helpful
● Ability to analyze data from web tracking tools to make strategic recommendations
