【Abstract】 What’s the relation between ownership model and corporate performance? And how does ownership model work? These problems become the focus of recent research. Our study is based on the prospect of bad companies, and we find that there is no direct relation between ownership model and corporate performance and maybe it influences the performance indirectly by corporate governance.
