摘要  人性假设是各种经济管理理论和实践的前提,但长期以来人们比较关注的是个体的人性假设,是在企业内部管理的视野中静态地探讨人的需求等问题。随着企业越来越多地面向市场和社会、成为开放的组织,企业的管理应被置于更大的系统中动态地来审视。“集体人性”的问题在企业生存与竞争的过程中逐渐凸现。在开放自由的环境中,自主成为企业的基本特性,自我组织、自我反思、自我调控是企业成功的根本。要实现整个组织不断有效地自主发展,关于集体效能的共同信念是动力,因而对内管理中应注重对集体效能的反馈。自主的企业对社会价值观与文化的构建有不可忽视的示范作用,因而考虑企业伦理限度时,不仅要寻求企业的经济责任与社会责任之间的平衡,也要构建企业伦理价值与社会伦理价值之间的和谐。

Management Based on Humanity Hypothesis of “Self-initiated” in the Context of Transition
Abstract   Humanity hypothesis is one of the premises of most theories and practice on economic management. Humanity hypothesis in individual level was often highlighted and static issues such as the needs of humanity were used to being discussed. The issues of management should be put into a bigger social system to consider when the corporations become more and more open. The theme of humanity hypothesis in collective level emerges in the process of surviving and competition of the corporations. Self-initiated becomes a characteristic of corporation. Self-organized, self-reflected and self-regulated are fundamental to success. The consensus on collective efficacy is the substaintial power of corporation as a “self-initiated” group. So reflection should be emphasized in management. The model function of corporation to social values and social culture does exist. So the harmony between business ethics and social ethics should be considered besides the balance of the business responsibility and social responsibility.
