复旦·思源全球领袖论坛由复旦大学管理学院于2014年发起并创办，旨在汇聚全球各领域的领袖人物，碰撞智慧、融通灼见、展望未来。

2019复旦·思源全球领袖论坛将以广阔视野深入全球发展的重要增长极，围绕地缘经济融合、技术与产业融合、创新资本与智本融合等议题，探讨创新生态的构建、寻找共赢增长的路径。

复旦·思源全球领袖论坛主讲嘉宾为复旦大学管理学院国际顾问委员会委员及全球杰出的政界、商界领袖。

Forum Background

Fudan-Si Yuan Global Leader Forum was launched and founded by School of Management, Fudan University in 2014, which was designed to gather the leaders of different domains around the world, create a platform where they can share and exchange their great ideas, make penetrating judgement and look forward to the future.

Fudan-Si Yuan Global Leader Forum 2019 will discuss about the important growth poles of global development with a broad vision and explore the construction of innovative ecology and seek path for win-win growth on the themes of geo-economic integration, technology and industry integration, innovation capital and intellectual capital integration and so on.

The keynote speakers of Fudan-Si Yuan Global Leader Forum include members of International Advisory Committee, School of Management, Fudan University, and excellent political and business leaders around the world.

罗康瑞 瑞安集团主席、瑞安房地产有限公司主席、瑞安建业有限公司主席

罗康瑞先生于1971年创立瑞安集团，现任瑞安集团主席。罗先生同时在集团旗下公司瑞安房地产有限公司和瑞安建业有限公司担任主席。

罗先生曾出任香港特区筹备委员会委员、香港贸易发展局主席，现担任博鳌亚洲论坛理事会成员、长江开发促进会理事长、重庆市人民政府经济顾问、香港工商专业联会永远名誉会长和上海国际商会副会长等多项公职。

罗先生1998年获香港特区政府颁授金紫荆星章，1999年获委任为太平绅士，2017年获香港特别行政区政府颁授大紫荆勋章。2001年获香港商业奖颁发“商业成就奖”，并于2002年获香港董事学会颁发“2002年度杰出董事奖－上市公司执行董事”。2005年获法国政府颁授艺术与文学骑士勋章。2009年荣膺安永企业家奖“2009中国大奖”殊荣。罗先生另于1999年及2011年分别获颁授“上海市荣誉市民”及“佛山市荣誉市民”名衔。2012年荣获第4届世界华人经济论坛（地产类别）终身成就奖。

罗先生长期关心与支持高等教育事业，曾任香港科技大学校董会主席，现任香港科技大学顾问委员会荣誉主席。

Vincent H. S. LO Chairman, Shui On Group / Chairman, Shui On Land Limited / Chairman, SOCAM Development Limited

Mr. Vincent H. S. Lo is the founder and Chairman of the Shui On Group which was established in 1971.

Mr. Lo participated in the preparatory works of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and worked as Chairman of Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Boao Forum for Asia, President of Council for the Promotion & Development of Yangtze, Economic Adviser of the Chongqing Municipal Government, Honorary Life President of Business and Professionals Federation of Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Chamber of International Commerce Shanghai, among his other positions.

Mr. Lo was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) in 1998, appointed Justice of the Peace in 1999, and awarded Grand Bauhinia Medal (GBM) in 2017 by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). He was named Businessman of the Year at the Hong Kong Business Awards in 2001, and won the Director of the Year Award from The Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2002 and Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by the French government in 2005. He was honoured with “Ernst & Young China Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009”. Mr. Lo was made an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai in 1999 and Foshan in 2011. In 2012, the 4th World Chinese Economic Forum honoured him with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Property Sector.

Mr. Lo has long been passionate and supportive to the cause of higher education. He was Chairman of the 1st Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is now the Honorary Court Chairman of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

加里•瑞斯彻启明创投创始主管合伙人

加里•瑞斯彻先生是启明创投创始主管合伙人和投资委员会成员。启明创投是一家中国领先的风险投资机构，管理着43亿美元的基金。

瑞斯彻先生曾在英特尔、SEQUENT计算机、思科系统，以及软银集团等知名跨国企业担任高管。在过去20余年的风险投资生涯中，他在中美两地领投的13家企业市值均超过10亿美元。他资助并在中国风险投资行业创立了诸多优秀的风险投资机构。其中包括2001年创立软银中国和赛富合伙人、2004年创立联创策源、2006年创立启明创投。目前他兼任郎泽生物董事。郎泽生物（LanzaTech）是启明创投投资的一家国际领先的生物燃料技术环保公司。

瑞斯彻先生是企业家和风险投资家们的导师，拥有超过35年企业运营及投资的成功经验，是一位杰出的企业高管、创业家、投资人以及全球商业战略大师。此外，他也在诸多全球知名环保组织担任要职，其中包括大自然保护协会（蒙大拿）、贫穷与环保研究所（自由市场环保主义），他还将美国落矶山研究院引入中国。他是美国奥林匹克基金会董事会成员、美国外交关系协会常任理事，并长期担任里德学院理事会理事。

瑞斯彻先生拥有美国里德学院生物学学士学位和哈佛商学院工商管理硕士学位。

Gary RIESCHEL Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners

Mr. Gary Rieschel is the Founding Managing Partner and investment committee member of Qiming Venture Partners, a leading venture capital institution in China which has over $4.3 billion in total assets under management.

Mr. Rieschel has held executive positions at Intel, Sequent Computer, Cisco Systems, and Softbank Corporation. Over the last 20 years as a venture capitalist, he led investments in 13 companies in the U.S. and China which grew to over $1B USD in market capitalization. Gary aided in the creation of the venture capital industry in China through sponsoring and founding several of China’s leading VC firms including Softbank China Ventures, SAIF Partners (2001), Ceyuan Ventures (2004), and Qiming Venture Partners (2006). He remains on Qiming’s Executive and Investment Committees and represents Qiming on the board of Lanzatech, a leading environmental biotech company.

Mr. Rieschel has over 35 years of successful operating and investing experience as a senior executive, entrepreneur, investor, and global business strategist, and is well regarded as a mentor to entrepreneurs and other venture capitalists. He is on the board of many preeminent environmental organizations including The Nature Conservancy (Montana), PERC (Free Market Environmentalism), and he helped introduce the Rocky Mountain Institute into China. Mr. Rieschel also serves on the board of the U.S. Olympic Foundation, is a permanent member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a long time Trustee of Reed College.

Mr. Rieschel received his bachelor degree at Reed College (Biology) and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

汪建华大基因董事长、深圳华大基因研究院名誉院长

汪建先生于1999年主导创建华大基因，并于2007年创建深圳华大基因研究院以及之后的科研、教育与产业体系。汪建先生现任华大基因董事长及深圳华大基因研究院名誉院长。

汪建先生于1991年主导成立西雅图华人生物医学协会，策划将“国际人类基因组计划”引回国内。他于1994年回国创建吉比爱生物技术（北京）有限公司，积极推动人类基因组计划的实施。为承接人类基因组计划的中国部分，汪建先生于1999年主导创建华大基因，并在2003至2007年期间担任中国科学院基因组研究所副所长。

汪建先生坚信基因科技必将造福人类，二十多年来痴心不改。他创立的华大基因建立了世界一流的基因科技基础和应用研究体系，负责运营世界最大规模的深圳国家基因库，实现了收购美国CG公司及基因测序仪器智造体系国产化。华大基因已经成长为世界基因领域的先锋队，中国的主力队和国家战略力量。作为这支队伍的领军者和掌舵人，汪建先生创立了完整的“基因读写存”科技体系，立志将中国出生缺陷、癌症、传染病防控推向世界领先水平并造福人类。

汪建先生于1986年获北京中医药大学中西医结合专业硕士学位，1988至1994年间先后于美国德州大学、爱荷华大学、华盛顿大学从事博士后研究。

Jian WANG President of BGI / Honorary President of BGI Research

Mr. Jian Wang, co-founded BGI in 1999 and founded BGI Research focusing on the organizational task of integrating research, education and industry in 2007 in Shenzhen. Mr. Wang is President of BGI and Honorary President of BGI Research.

Inspired by the international Human Genome Project (HGP) in 1991, he established the Seattle Chinese Biomedical Association, with plans to introduce the project to China. He returned to China in 1994 and set up Jubilee Biotechnology (Beijing) Co. Ltd., in attempt to actively promote the HGP. In order to engage in research contributing to the HGP, he co-founded BGI in 1999 and served as Deputy Director of the Institute of Genomics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. Wang has remained true to his aspiration and belief that advancing omics and related technologies will benefit people everywhere. BGI has created a world-class foundation in life science and omics technology, as well as an applied research system, operating the China National GeneBank and manufacturing fully automated nucleic acids sequencers, a capability only achieved by less than a handful of companies worldwide. BGI has taken over US Complete Genomics as well as realized localization of equipment for gene sequencing system. BGI has not only become the pioneer in gene on global stage, but also the main force in China and strategic force of the nation. Under his leadership, a complete system of trans-omics reading, writing and storage has been established and a vision has been made to make collaborative efforts to control the birth defects, cancer, and infectious diseases and benefit the mankind.

Mr. Wang earned his master's degree in Integrated Medicines from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1986, and continued his studies overseas focusing on cell proliferation and differentiation as the research fellowship at the University of Texas, the University of Iowa and the University of Washington from 1988 to 1994.

吴家玮 香港科技大学创校校长、香港科技大学荣休校长、荣休科大讲座教授

吴家玮教授于1968年起在美国西北大学物理学系任教，先后担任助理教授、副教授和教授，并自1974年至1979年担任物理及天文学系主任。

1979年，吴教授出任圣迭戈加州大学热斐尔学院院长，兼任物理学教授。1983年，吴教授受聘出任旧金山州立大学校长，成为美国有史以来第一位华裔大学校长。1988年，吴教授出任香港科技大学创校校长，现为荣休校长及荣休科大讲座教授。

吴教授荣获多种学术荣誉及奖状，包括Alfred P.Sloan Research Fellow、美国物理学会会士、加州科学院荣誉院士及多所国内外大学的名誉博士，并现任多所国内外大学的顾问或理事。

1993年至1996年，吴教授先后获中国政府委任为港事顾问、香港特别行政区筹备委员会委员、香港特别行政区推选委员会委员；1998年，被委任为香港特别行政区策略发展委员会委员，及全国政协委员。吴教授曾获香港特别行政区政府颁授金紫荆星章、英国女皇颁授CBE荣衔，及法国总统颁授骑士勋章。

吴教授毕业于美国圣路易斯市的华盛顿大学，获物理学硕士及博士学位。

Chia-Wei WOO Founding President, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology / President Emeritus & University Professor Emeritus, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Professor Chia-wei Woo was born in 1937. In 1968, Professor Woo joined the faculty of Physics Department at Northwestern University where he successively served as assistant, associate and full professor, and was Chairman of Physics and Astronomy Department from 1974 to 1979.

Professor Woo became Provost of Revelle College and Professor of Physics at the University of California at San Diego in 1979. In 1983, he became President of San Francisco State University, the first Chinese-American to head a major university in the U.S. He became the Founding President of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1988 and remains President Emeritus as well as University Professor Emeritus after retirement in 2001.

For his academic achievements, Professor Woo received various honors including being named Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow, Fellow of the American Physical Society, Honorary Fellow of the Californian Academy of Science, and a number of Honorary Doctorates. He currently serves on advisory councils or governing bodies of a number of Chinese and international universities.

From 1993 to 1996, Professor Woo was appointed Hong Kong Affairs Advisor, Member of the Preparatory Committee and the Selection Committee for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) respectively. He was appointed in 1998 to the Commission on Strategic Development of HKSAR and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Government of HKSAR, CBE by the Queen of Great Britain, and"Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur" by the President of France.

Professor Woo received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Physics at Washington University in St. Louis.
