Giuseppe Zadra is lecturer in Financial Markets at LUISS Guido Carli. He is also Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for Asset Management Holding S.p.A.. He covers the position of Director and Chairman of the Independent Directors Committee at Anima S.g.r. Asset Management Company  which is the Third Italian Asset Manager as UCITS Volume. Giuseppe Zadra is also Chairman of the board for C.Card. From 1992 to 2009 he has been General Manager and Managing Director of ABI Servizi of the Associazione Bancaria Italiana (Italian Banking Association). He has been member of the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation and Chairman of the  EBIC- European Banking Industry Committee. He also has been Head of the Market Division in charge of the reform of the Securities markets of the CONSOB (the Italian securities markets commission).

Giuseppe Zadra Graduated in Jurisprudence at University of Rome and  and holds a post graduate degree in economics from the same university. He passed the Bar exam in 168 e obtained a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University in 1973.  He held a course of “Financial Regulation” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
