初赛通过抽签依次上台演讲

所有选手演讲完毕后由大众评审和专业评审共同投票

大众评审每票记100个小熊币

专业评审每票记200个小熊币

累计小熊币数靠前的选手晋级决赛

未晋级选手可凭小熊币在大赛组处兑换奖品

Preliminary contest process

Participants should draw lots one by one and give their speech on the stage

Public judges and professional judges will vote together after all the speech

Each vote by public judges worth 100 bear coins

Each vote by professional judges worth 200 bear coins

High ranking participants who collect as many bear coins as possible will advance to final contest

Participants who fail to level up can exchange prizes with bear coins at the organizing committee

决赛中会根据小熊币的积累，决出前三名选手。这些选手分别可以使用小熊币兑换价值1000RMB-3000RMB不等的礼品或者奖学金。

After the final contest, top 3 contestants with the most bear coins can exchange for prizes or scholarship worth 1000RMB-3000RMB with their bear coins.

What’s more, one “Most Popular Speaker” and one “Most Potential Speaker” will be voted in both preliminary and final contest. Each prize winner will be granted a FDSM Eloquence Scholarship of 500RMB.
