K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research " is organizing an international conference titled ‘Transforming into Learning Organization: Linking the Present with the Future' on 3rd & 4th January,2014. The academic partners for our International Conference are California State University-San Bernardino -College of Business and Public Administration-USA & University of Nebraska- College of Business Administration–Lincol.
The conference invites research papers and conceptual papers from academicians, research scholars, practicing consultants, corporate professionals and students, across different continents.
