印度MICA商学院整合营销传播学教授
 
Varsha Jain是印度MICA商学院整合营销传播学教授和FPM(博士级项目)的联合主席。她有着17年多的教学和研究经验,为国际、国内的行业期刊、书籍章节和案例研究集撰写了100多篇研究成果。
 
应现代营销集大成者,被誉为“现代营销学之父”的菲利普·科特勒之邀,Jain教授所贡献的案例被收录在营销管理教材15/e、毅伟案例库和Emerald新兴市场案例集中。她在学术研究方面荣获20多项国家和国际大奖以及金牌。
 
Jain教授专注于数字营销、奢侈品牌和数字原生代的研究,她目前的工作也涉及有关印度、中国和全球市场中的数字原生代以及客户关系管理中的消费者行为表现方面的书籍撰写。
 
Prof. Varsha Jain, PhD, is a Professor in Integrated Marketing Communications and the Co-chairperson, FPM (Doctoral Level Program) at the MICA (India). Prof. Jain has over 17+ years of experience in teaching and research. She has authored over 100+ publications in international, national and trade journals, book chapters and case study collections. She contributed cases in marketing management textbook 15/e (Philip Kotler, Father of marketing, bible for marketing management, by invitation), Ivey case collections and the Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies Collection. Prof. Jain is recipient of more than 20 national and international awards and gold medals in research and scholarship. Her research specialties lie in digital marketing, luxury branding, and digital natives. Prof. Jain’s current work entails writing books on Consumer Behavior: A Digital Native for India, China and Global markets and Customer Relationship Management.

 

范秀成 Prof. Xiucheng Fan

范秀成现任复旦大学管理学院营销学教授,服务营销与服务管理研究中心主任;芬兰汉肯经济管理学院服务研究中心国际研究员,美国亚利桑那州立大学服务研究中心国际研究员。曾任宾州大学沃顿商学院富布莱特访问学者,MIT访问学者,斯德哥尔摩大学商学院杰出访问教授。
 
研究兴趣包括服务营销与管理、关系营销与品牌营销。成果发表在《消费者研究学刊》、《营销科学院会刊》、《服务研究学刊》等学术刊物。在过去20年中,他的研究持续得到国家自然科学基金的资助。曾获教育部新世纪优秀人才称号和宝钢教师奖。现任《当代营销科学学刊》主编,《南开管理评论》专业主编,《服务研究学刊》和《顾客需要与解决方案》编委,国家自然科学基金委管理科学部评审组成员。
 

Prof. Xiucheng Fan is a Professor of Marketing and the Director of the Center for Service Marketing and Management at School of Management, Fudan University. He was the Fulbright scholar to Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and an International Faculty Fellow at MIT. He is an International Fellow at CERS of Hanken Swedish School of Economics of Finland, and a Global Faculty Fellow at CSL of Arizona State University, USA. He was a distinguished visiting professor at Stockholm University School of Business.

His research interest includes services marketing and management, relationship marketing, and branding. His research has appeared in Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, etc. His research has been continuously supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China in last two decades. He has been included in New Century Talent Program of the Ministry of Education of China, and is a winner of Baogang Outstanding Teachers Award. He is the editor of Journal of Contemporary Marketing Science, area editor of Nankai Business Review, and on the editorial board of Journal of Service Research, and Customer Needs and Solution, and a panelist on management science of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Paul Yang is responsible for the development of Oracle marketing Cloud in ORACLE CHINA.

He was a general manager of Sage CRM in China, NTR Global after-sales service cloud in China, Smart Focus marketing cloud in China, as well as a marketing director of Microsoft Cloud Computing Azure in China. He is proficient in cloud computing, CRM and digital marketing.He has provided marketing consulting and training services for LIFAN Automobile, TUV Certification, CEB Consulting, Huawei EBG, ZTE Communications, Qingdao BAHEAL, Cisco China, Shell, Dow Chemical Company and BAIC GROUP.

孙珏女士现任施华洛世奇水晶精品部中国区董事总经理。在此之前,她曾担任过Levi’s中国代理商渠道的销售总经理,以及Lee Cooper的副总裁。此外,孙珏女士还曾在Adidas和快速消费品行业的法国达能食品公司从事过渠道营销和重点客户销售管理工作。她在品牌业务发展和市场营销等多领域专攻超过20年,从事的行业品类包括食品、服装等多种消费品,每一块领域都取得了喜人的业务销售增长成绩。
