沃尔沃汽车总裁兼首席执行官

骆文襟（Jim Rowan）目前担任沃尔沃汽车总裁和首席执行官。沃尔沃汽车作为豪华汽车行业以及下一代电动汽车领域的全球领导者，在全球拥有 43,000 名员工。骆文襟先生致力于推动公司到2030 年转型为纯电豪华车企，并在 2040 年成为气候零负荷标杆企业。

在加入沃尔沃汽车前，骆文襟先生曾担任戴森集团（Dyson Group）的首席执行官，并在 2012 年至 2020 年间担任戴森集团董事会成员。在任职期间，骆文襟先生带领戴森取得业绩新高，不仅迅速提升了公司的技术、数字和商业能力，还推出了一系列备受瞩目的创新产品，使公司成功进军新的行业领域。

骆文襟先生在加入戴森前曾担任黑莓公司（Blackberry）首席运营官长达数年。在加入黑莓之前，他曾在合同制造领域担任高级职务，包括天弘集团 （Celestica） 的全球运营执行副总裁和伟创力（Flextronics）的欧洲运营副总裁。此外，他曾创立两家初创公司，并在公司规模扩大后以高价出售。

骆文襟先生的职业生涯始于生产车间的工程学徒，并在此期间通过大学进修。他拥有英国诺森比亚大学供应链管理与物流专业的商科硕士学位，以及格拉斯哥卡利多尼亚大学的荣誉工程博士学位。

此外，骆文襟先生还担任了极星（Polestar）和德国汉高（Henkel GMBH）的董事会成员，以及新加坡南洋理工大学（NTU）机械与航天工程学院顾问委员会成员。

Jim Rowan is the CEO and President of Volvo Cars, a world leader in the premium automotive industry and next-generation electric mobility sector. With 43,000 employees worldwide, he is responsible for driving the company’s transition into a fully electric car maker by 2030 and a climate-neutral company by 2040.

Prior to his current role, Jim was the CEO of Dyson, where he was also a board member from 2012 to 2020. During his tenure, Jim delivered record results year over year, while rapidly expanding the company’s supply chain, engineering and digital commerce capabilities. Jim also oversaw the launch of an unparalleled suite of new Dyson innovations that allowed the company to successfully enter new industries.

Before joining Dyson, Jim served as the COO for BlackBerry for several years. Prior to BlackBerry, he held senior positions in contract manufacturing as Global Executive Vice President of Operations for Celestica and European Vice President of Operations for Flextronics. Additionally, he has founded two start-ups which were established, scaled and later sold at a premium.

Jim built his career from the production floor, serving as an engineering apprentice while attending college and university, holds a master’s degree in business with supply chain management and logistics from Northumbria University in the UK and a Doctor of Engineering honorary degree from Glasgow Caledonian University.

He is also a board member of Polestar and Henkel GMBH and sits on the advisory board of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), School of mechanical and aerospace engineering, in Singapore.
