Conference Theme

With the historical background of globalization, national economies throughout the world are undergoing drastic changes. Meanwhile, our national industries are confronted with major choices in many aspects including the speed and structure of development. And with the entry into WTO, many Chinese enterprises are facing even severer international competitions. In this highly competitive global market economy, Chinese enterprises are under the dual pressure of the need of merging into the global market and developing themselves as well. To help further accelerate the growth of Chinese enterprises and development of Chinese industries, the Management School of Fudan University has called for and organized this international conference in the hope for the promotion of fruitful academic discussions and exchanges.

This international conference aims to explore the path choices and development strategies for Chinese industries and the growth of Chinese enterprises, to share research results and experience in this field, and to enhance the overall competitiveness of our national industries and enterprises. The conference brings together the voices of renowned professors from prestigious universities both home and abroad, and professional experts in the front line research areas of economic management. And the organizers intend to make this conference an interactive platform for in-depth dialogues and information exchanges in the common exploration of research topics through varied presentation forms including keynote speeches, competitive paper sessions, and interactive panel sessions.

在全球化的背景下，各国经济都发生着巨大的变化，我国产业在发展速度、结构等方面面临着重大抉择；而且入世后，中国企业面临的国际化竞争态势不断加剧。在激烈的全球市场竞争面前，中国企业肩负着与国际市场接轨和企业自身成长的双重压力。为推动、提高产业发展和企业成长的进程，复旦大学管理学院倡导并发起的“全球化背景下中国产业发展与企业成长”国际学术研讨会将于2005年10月14日至15日在复旦大学隆重举行，希望通过此次研讨会使与会者获得更加丰富的新知识、新理念。

本次国际学术研讨会旨在探讨全球化背景下中国产业发展和企业成长的路径选择和发展战略，分享产业发展和企业成长相关研究的成果和经验，促进学术交流合作，推动学科建设，提升我国产业与企业的整体竞争力。因此，论坛将邀请国内外知名学府资深教授、经济管理研究前沿的权威专家参加，通过学术报告、专题讨论等多种形式，为与会学者构筑一个信息交流的巨大平台，共同探讨中国产业发展与企业成长的话题。

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All submissions must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal, presented in another conference or be under view at any conference or journal.

Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings of the conference. Authors of some selected papers are allowed a 15-30 minute speech at the conference.

Papers may be submitted in either Chinese or English. Contributors are encouraged to limit their paper within 8000 words with an abstract of around 300 words.

Submissions should include thesis topics, abstract, key words in both language versions as well as authors’ names, work units of authors, reference documents and a brief self-introduction of authors.

投稿要求

1．所提交论文必须是未公开发表并且未向学术刊物和其它学术会议投稿的最新研究成果。

2．被选用的论文将被收录到会议论文集中，并将邀请部分被录用论文的作者提供15-30分钟的发言。

3．文稿可用中文或英文书写，字数一般不超过8000字，摘要200字左右。

4．提交论文同时必须提供论文题目、摘要、关键词、作者、作者单位（以上须同时提供中英文），以及作者简介（包括真实姓名、出生年月、性别、职称、研究方向）、通讯地址、联系方式、基金项目（资助的基金及项目编号）等内容。
