嘉宾介绍：
Sumeet manages the China operations for Evalueserve. He has been working with EVS since early 2001 and used to manage a Business Research Division in India before moving to China to set up the operations in 2005. He has led studies in different sectors, including Global Sourcing, Telecom and IT. Prior to joining EVS, Sumeet was instrumental in setting up and managing the Indian operations of Trans Indus, a UK based services company.
Sumeet has an MBA and a degree in Statistics.
Sumeet is married and has two sons – he enjoys living in Shanghai and eating Sichuan food.
演讲内容：
KPO delivers higher value to organizations that offshore their domain-based processes。 The central theme of KPO is to create value for the client by providing business expertise rather than process expertise. KPO is a decision process which steps from simple standard application to the implementation of high-level analysis and professional skills。
