Scott是科罗拉多大学经济系副教授。主要研究领域：Industrial Organization、Economic Education。当前集中于消费者偏好、竞争、规制和电信产业的研究。在Journal of Law and Economics、 The Review of Economics and Statistics、Journal of Applied Econometrics、International Journal of Industrial、Review of Industrial Organization等刊物发表10余篇论文。
