Emerald/IACMR中国地区管理学研究基金奖征集

　　　 经过5年的发展，2011年Emerald出版集团(爱墨瑞得)与中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)将继续合作，为中国管理学领域的研究项目提供优秀提案一个，可获得价值 2,000英镑的基金奖励，高度赞扬奖二个，每个提案获得价值500英镑基金支持。申请项目以”促进社会有益知识在中国大陆地区的传播”为主旨。

　　　 同时，IACMR将会为获奖者提供一年的免费会员资格，包括对学会刊物《组织管理研究》为期一年的免费在线访问。如果获奖者已经是IACMR会员，其会员资格在当前会员资格到期之后将会顺延一年。同样，Emerald出版社也会提供刊物《中国管理研究》为期一年的免费在线访问。

适用条件 　　　研究项目组主要成员必须是常驻中国的公民

评审标准　 　　每个申请项目将统一由专家评审小组进行评审，标准如下：

●　　　 有重大意义，特别阐明了如何带来了良好的社会效益　　　

●　　　 阐明其原创性及创新性

●　　　 具有突出的理论贡献和应用性

●　　　 阐明并应用了合适的方法论

●　　　 阐明了对理论和实践的重大影响与意义

申请步骤及要求 每份申请文件的提交都需要通过以下网站在线投递：

要求的英文电子文件有：

1、约2000单词的项目概要(Summary)，包括：研究项目的具体目标(goals)、结果(outcomes)和效益(benefits)。需要注意：如果同时提供了图表(tables, figures)、附录(appendices)及参考文献列表(reference lists)，这些不计入2000单词范围。

其中，2000单词概要必须满足下列要求：

● 　明确展示研究目的(purpose)和意图(intent)

● 　明确表明项目应用的方法论(methodology)，清楚描述项目研究过程(process)

● 　指明预期研究结果（outcomes）、影响及可能的实践应用性

●　 详细说明研究过程的时间表

● 　概述项目开支及总的研究资助需求(具体申请金额)

2、首页(covering letter)需要包括全部研究者的详细联系信息(组织/单位、地址、电话及Email等)，同时需写明哪一位是主要的联系人。

获奖感言："We are very honored to be awarded the 2010 Emerald/IACMR Chinese Management Research Fund and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Emerald Group Publishing, IACMR and the esteemed judging panel for choosing our research as the winner. The recent emergence of Chinese enterprises as next economic powerhouse in the global market is remarkable, and we hope our research can generate a better understanding about their internationalization process by combining both perspectives of dynamic capability and institutional theory.
