1. Is a partner school affiliation required for application?

No. Anyone above 18 with adequant English proficiency is eligible to apply.

2. How and when would I be notified about my admission?

Rolling admission starts on February 15, 2019. Normally, applicants would be notified via email within 10 work days after submitting his/her online application. The Program may require applicants to submit extra supporting materials if necessary.

3. What type of visa should I apply to enter China?

Participants should apply L visa. Please provide complete and accurate passport information in the Application for invitation letter issurance purpose.

4. If I was not allocated a room at student dorm, what are my other options?

The program fee covers on/near campus housing. Students will be notified before the program whether they have been offered the on-campus dorms.

When on-campus dorm is unavailable, FDSM staff would get students in contact with the other near campus hotels, and their rooms will be secured.

However, students are allowed to choose their own housing, for instance, staying at friends' house, Airbnb downtown, or better equipped hotels of their own choice. In cases when students gave up the fee-covered housing provided by the program, they will NOT receive fee reduction or reimbursement. 

5. How can I pay application and program fee?

Application fee (US$80) and program fee (US$1,800) can be paid by bank transfer to:
