陈超
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Accounting
Professor Chen Chao is a Distinguished Professor and PhD supervisor at Fudan University School of Management and an Honorary Professor at HKU Business School. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Maryland. His research and publications focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, corporate governance, bond covenants, debt default and restructuring, and the interaction between accounting, auditing and capital markets.

陈祥锋
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Management Science
Professor Chen holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University. He has been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management, Kansas State University and New York University, and is a Pujiang Talent of Shanghai and a New Century Excellent Talent. His research focuses on supply chain finance, the interface of finance and operations management, and logistics and operations management. He has received the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and the National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Award, published more than thirty journal papers, authored two academic monographs, and led several National Natural Science Foundation projects.

褚荣伟
Associate Professor, Associate Chair, Department of Marketing
Dr. Chu Rongwei serves as Secretary-General of the China Marketing Research Center at Fudan, Executive Director of the Health Finance Lab, and Director of the Emerging Citizens Industry and Innovation Research Group. He has been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management and a Liang Scholar at the University of California, Irvine. His teaching and research focus on China’s market structure and consumer culture, especially innovation strategies, decision making and welfare of emerging consumer groups such as migrants and lower-tier city consumers, and how new technologies help address social issues. His work has appeared in Marketing Letters, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Journal of Macromarketing and other SSCI journals.

戴伟辉
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Information Management and Business Intelligence
Professor Dai holds a PhD from Zhejiang University and has been a visiting scholar at Columbia University and MIT. He is an executive council member of the Management Science and Engineering Society and an independent director of Shenzhen JEMET Technology Co., Ltd. His research interests include human–machine hybrid intelligence, neuro-management and intelligent computing, and emergency management for sudden events. He has received multiple awards including the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Class), the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Class), and the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award (Second Class). He has published over 180 academic papers, authored five textbooks and two monographs, and led more than twenty national and provincial research projects.

Lecturer, Department of Applied Economics
Dr. Guan holds a PhD in Industrial Economics from Fudan University. His main research areas are industrial organization theory, regulation and antitrust economics. He has published a number of papers in journals such as Journal of Systems Engineering and Journal of Management Sciences in China, and received the GE Teaching Award (Second Prize). He teaches Management Economics, Mergers and Antitrust, and Pharmaceutical Industry: Innovation, Competition and Policy for MBA, MPAcc and other professional master’s programs.

胡畏
Associate Professor, Department of Finance and Accounting
Dr. Hu holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from Fudan University. His research interests are financial engineering and quantitative economics. He has received the Third Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education, published more than thirty journal papers, co-edited the textbook Financial Engineering and participated in the translation of Foundations of Financial Markets and Institutions.

劳兰珺
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Finance and Accounting
Professor Lao holds a PhD in Financial Mathematics from the University of Bonn. She has been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management, the Institute for Applied Mathematics at the University of Bonn, and Sapienza University of Rome. Her research focuses on financial engineering, investment management, corporate finance and econometrics. She has received the Tianjin Natural Science Award (Second Class) and the Fudan GE Teaching Award (First Prize), published more than thirty journal papers, and translated the books Quantitative Investment Analysis and Quantitative Investment Analysis (Chinese editions).

黎德元
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Statistics and Data Science
Professor Li is a faculty member and PhD supervisor in the Department of Statistics at Fudan University School of Management. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Probability and Statistics from Peking University, and his PhD in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He completed postdoctoral research at the University of Bern in Switzerland, and has taught at Fudan since 2008. His research focuses on extreme value statistics. He has published more than thirty high-quality papers in journals such as Annals of Statistics, JASA, Statistica Sinica, JBES, Journal of Economic Theory and Econometric Theory, and has led four National Natural Science Foundation projects and one Ministry of Education research project.

李旭
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Management Science
Professor Li holds a PhD from the University of Tsukuba in Japan. He has received the Second Prize of the 13th and 10th Shanghai Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. His research areas include sustainable development and innovation management, technology economics and management, operations management, and supply chain management. He has published more than thirty journal papers, authored two academic monographs, and led several National Natural Science Foundation projects and other funded research.

李远鹏
Associate Professor, Department of Accounting
Dr. Li holds a PhD in Accounting from Fudan University. His research focuses on accounting and capital markets and corporate finance. His papers have been published in Economic Research Journal, Management World, Journal of Management Sciences in China, Accounting Research and Journal of Corporate Finance. He is chief editor of Advanced Financial Accounting and has led a number of national and provincial research grants. He has received awards including the Sixth Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions and the Chinese Accounting Society’s Outstanding Accounting Paper Award, as well as IMBA teaching awards.

娄贺统
Associate Professor, Director of Fudan MPAcc Program, Department of Accounting
Dr. Lou holds a PhD from Fudan University School of Management and serves as Director of the MPAcc Program. He previously practiced as a certified public accountant at Fudan CPA firm and has participated in dozens of financial statement audits and consulting projects on financial system design. His research focuses on financial accounting, tax accounting and tax systems. He has received multiple teaching awards including the Shen Yin & Wan Guo Teaching Award, the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award (Third Prize), the Fudan–BAT Teaching Award and the Fudan School of Management Citibank Teaching Award. He has led National Social Science Fund projects and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission projects.

罗殿军
Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration
Dr. Luo obtained his bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees from Fudan University School of Management. He has been a visiting scholar at the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include organizational behavior and marketing. He has received awards such as the Shanghai Automobile Education Foundation Excellent Book Award and the Fudan Graduate Teaching Achievement Award, and co-edited the textbook Managerial Communication, which won the National Excellent Textbook Award. He has published more than twenty papers in academic journals.

罗妍
Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Finance and Accounting
Professor Luo is a faculty member and PhD supervisor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at Fudan University School of Management. She received her PhD in Finance from the University of Hong Kong in 2010. Her research interests include behavioral finance, corporate finance, asset pricing and issues specific to China’s capital markets. She has published in a number of leading international journals and has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Shanghai Morning Star Program and the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program. She serves as an associate editor of the SSCI journal RIBAF, reviewer for many SSCI journals, external reviewer for NSFC and Hong Kong RGC grants, and independent director of listed companies.

骆品亮
Professor, Department Chair, PhD Supervisor, Department of Applied Economics
Professor Luo holds a PhD in Management Science from Fudan University and conducted postdoctoral research at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a council member of the China Industrial Economics Association and editor-in-chief of R&D Management. He has been recognized as an Excellent Young Teacher in Shanghai Universities, a recipient of the Fok Ying-Tung Education Foundation Young Teacher Award, a New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education and a Shanghai Dawn Scholar. His research interests include industrial transformation and corporate development strategy, multi-sided platform strategy and internet finance. He has published numerous papers, authored books such as Industrial Organization, Pricing Strategy and Managerial Economics, and led multiple national and provincial research and consulting projects.

Professor, Associate Dean, PhD Supervisor, Department of Accounting
Professor Lü is Associate Dean and PhD supervisor at Fudan University School of Management, a Chang Jiang Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education and a senior research scholar at the University of California. He has served as a member of the Accounting Standards Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance and is a recipient of a special government allowance from the State Council. He has carried out academic research at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands and the University of California. He has led multiple National Natural Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation projects and published more than seventy papers in journals including Journal of Accounting and Economics, Economic Research Journal and Management World. His work has received awards such as the Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Universities and the Fudan Fuhua Teaching Award.

Professor, Department of Accounting
Professor Qian holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University. He has been a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Southern California, and previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Industrial Holdings. His research focuses on financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance.

Associate Professor, Department of Accounting
Dr. Ren holds a PhD in Accounting from the United Kingdom and is a member of the Professional Ethics Standards Committee of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has visited MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School, and serves as Academic Director of the BI Norwegian Business School–Fudan MBA program. His research interests include international accounting, professional ethics and corporate financial reporting. He is the author of the book Professional Ethics in the U.S. Accounting Profession and has published in Financial Executive, Asian Review of Accounting, China Accounting & Finance Review, Accounting Research and other journals.

孙金云
Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration
Dr. Sun holds a PhD in Business Administration from Fudan University and has been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management. He has received the Fudan School of Management Excellent Teaching Award and the Fudan Teaching Achievement Award (First Prize). His research focuses on corporate strategy, entrepreneurship and SME strategy. He has published more than twenty papers and authored books including Umbrella Strategy, Learning Innovation from Huawei, Rise, Strategic Transformation and others, and has extensive consulting experience as advisor and independent director for several companies.

唐跃军
Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration
Dr. Tang holds a PhD in Management from Nankai University Business School and has been a visiting scholar at Arizona State University. His research interests include corporate governance in China, family business governance and succession, and governance of entrepreneurial firms. He has received more than thirty teaching and research awards, including the Shanghai Outstanding Achievements in Social Sciences and the Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of Chinese Universities, and has published over fifty papers. He has led multiple NSFC and National Social Science Fund projects and serves as an independent director and supervisor for several companies.

Professor Wang holds a PhD in Economics from Jilin University and is a New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education. He has conducted research at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Seoul National University, Yale University and the University of California. His research focuses on corporate finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and related areas. He has led multiple National Natural Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation projects and published more than thirty papers in international and domestic journals such as JAE, JAAF, Economic Research Journal and Management World, receiving numerous research and teaching awards.

谢晓燕
Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing
Dr. Xie served as Chinese Academic Director of the Fudan–BI Norwegian Business School undergraduate collaboration program (2014–2016). She has held a teaching fellowship from the China Scholarship Council to visit Queensland University of Technology and has twice been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management. Her research focuses on organizational communication and the social environment, managerial communication and public relations management. She has participated in case-teaching training at Harvard Business School and CEIBS, published journal articles and co-authored several textbooks. She also serves as a long-term undergraduate mentor at Fudan School of Management.

Dr. Xu holds a PhD in Accounting from Peking University and has been a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management. Her research interests include management accounting, performance evaluation, decision-related financial management and corporate governance. She has received awards from the Chinese Accounting Society and the Shanghai Municipal Government for outstanding papers and teaching achievements, published numerous papers, and led NSFC and Shanghai philosophy and social sciences projects.

Professor Xu holds a PhD in Industrial Economics from Fudan University. His research focuses on econometric finance, international finance, financial engineering and exchange rate economics. He has received the First Prize in the China Banking Development Research Award, led NSFC and Shanghai philosophy and social sciences projects, and published more than forty papers and the textbook Econometric Analysis of China’s Financial Markets.

Dr. Zhu holds a PhD in Economics from Emory University and has served as a research fellow at the Wharton Financial Institutions Center. His research focuses on empirical asset pricing, applied financial econometrics, capital markets and investment, and international macroeconomics. He has led NSFC youth projects and Shanghai philosophy and social sciences projects.

马忠法
Professor, PhD Supervisor, School of Law
Professor Ma holds a PhD in Law and is Executive Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Research Center at Fudan University and a researcher at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Research Institute. His research interests include international economic law, international technology transfer and intellectual property licensing, and international environmental law. He serves as a council member of several academic associations and as an expert for national and local IP agencies. He is also a practicing lawyer and expert consultant, has published ten monographs and more than one hundred journal papers, and led multiple national and provincial research projects.
