Challenges in Leadership Recruitment and Selection in China

Tuesday June 3^rd BI-Fudan MBA Alumni Forum cordially invites all BI alumni to attend our third MBA Alumni Forum. The BI-Fudan MBA Alumni Forum is a platform where BI-Fudan MBA Alumni, BI Alumni in China, BI and Fudan faculty, and the Scandinavian business environment can exchange knowledge and experience. The two first ones have been very successful with interesting guest speakers and have had a good turnout of guests.

For the third BI-Fudan Alumni Forum we are proud to host Mr. Nick Page who is Plant Director at GE Healthcare in Shanghai and Associate Professor Jan Ketil Arnulf from the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management at BI Norwegian School of Management. The topic discussed will be “Challenges in Leadership Recruitment and Selection in China”. GE Healthcare’s plant in China is undergoing rapid expansion and in the middle of facing the challenges that will be discussed as the topic of the day. Associate Professor Jan Ketil Arnulf is a certified organizational psychologist as well as a certified clinical psychologist and he teaches leadership, organizational behavior and counseling. Together, we are convinced they will debate and shed light on the challenges in recruitment both from a theoretical and a practical point-of-view.
