陆雄文教授现任复旦大学管理学院院长、复旦大学科创管理研究中心主任。

陆教授的教学和研究主要集中于科创企业公司治理、战略领导力、组织发展、中国不成熟市场营销等，曾主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、上海市人民政府重大决策咨询、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划、复旦大学人文社会学科传世之作学术精品研究项目等；在国内外权威刊物上发表五十余篇论文，出版了多部著作及教材，并主编《管理学大辞典》，是《辞海》第六、第七版管理学分科主编。

陆教授还担任第二届国家“双一流”建设专家委员会委员、第四、第五及第六届全国工商管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会副主任委员、国际商学院联合会（AACSB）全球理事会成员、亚太商学院协会（AAPBS）执委、理事；曾任美国管理专业研究生考试委员会（GMAC）全球董事。

陆教授毕业于复旦大学管理学院，获经济学博士学位，曾赴美国达特茅斯大学塔克商学院做博士后研究，并曾在美国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院和俄亥俄州立大学费雪商学院担任访问学者。

Professor Xiongwen Lu is Dean of School of Management and Founding Director of Sci-Tech Innovation Management Research Centre at Fudan University.

Professor Lu’s teaching and research interests cover corporate governance for sci-tech innovation companies, strategic leadership, corporate reorganization, and marketing in China as an immature market etc. He presided over a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a major decision-making consultation project of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the Outstanding Young Teachers' Grant Program of the Ministry of Education, and a key research project of Fudan University on the academic excellence of heirloom works in humanities and social disciplines. He is the Chief Editor of “Advanced Dictionary of Management”　and　Editor-in-Chief　for　Management Sub-Section of both the　Sixth and Seventh Editions of Ci Hai (a large-scale Chinese dictionary)．He has authored or co-authored seven books and published over five dozens of research papers.

Professor Lu also serves as a Member of the Second National Expert Committee for the “Double First-Class Initiative” (China’s project to develop world-class universities and disciplines). Besides, he has been serving as Vice Chairman of China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee since 2008. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Council Member and Executive Member of Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS). He was also Board Director of Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) from 2011 to 2020.

Professor Lu received his Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University and was a Research Fellow and Visiting Scholar at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, MIT Sloan School of Management, and the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.

陈启宗先生出生于1949年，是恒隆集团有限公司及恒隆地产有限公司的荣誉董事长，也是晨兴集团的联席创办人。

陈先生担任香港明天更好基金执行委员会主席、香港发展论坛召集人、香港地产建设商会会董，以及中美交流基金会和团结香港基金理事会成员。他是香港中国文物保护基金会创办人兼会长、北京故宫文物保护基金会发起人及理事、亚洲公益事业研究中心联合创办人及会长，以及亚洲企业领袖协会荣休创会会长。他曾获政府委任为香港证券及期货事务监察委员会非执行董事、也曾出任港美商务委员会会长、一国两制研究中心执行委员会主席，以及中国发展研究基金会理事会副会长及顾问。

陈先生也是美国亚洲协会荣休主席及其香港中心主席，及南非非亚协会创会董事会成员。他是美国人文与科学院院士，也是美国外交协会、美中关系全国委员会、美国百人会等国际组织的成员。他曾担任美国彼得森国际经济研究所和瑞士世界经济论坛等董事会成员。他荣获多项奖项以表扬他对社会的贡献，包括：大紫荆勋章、亚洲协会领袖奖和第二届“薪火相传——中国文化遗产保护年度杰出人物”等。

陈先生热心教育，担任多所大学校董或顾问委员会成员，包括美国南加州大学、印度商学院、香港科技大学、美国耶鲁大学、清华大学和复旦大学等。

陈先生毕业于美国南加州大学，获工商管理硕士学位，以及香港浸会大学荣誉博士学位。

Born in 1949, Mr. Ronnie C. Chan serves as the Honorary Chair of Hang Lung Group Limited and Hang Lung Properties Limited. He is also the Co-Founder of the Morningside Group.

Mr. Chan is Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Better Hong Kong Foundation, Convener of the Hong Kong Development Forum, a Director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, and a Governing Board member of the China-United States Exchange Foundation and Our Hong Kong Foundation. He founded and chairs the China Heritage Fund and is a Co-Founding Director of the Forbidden City Cultural Heritage Conservation Foundation in Beijing. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society and the Founding Chairman Emeritus of the Asia Business Council.He is a former government-appointed Non-Executive Director of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and previously served as Chairman of the Hong Kong-United States Business Council, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute, and Vice President and Advisor of the China Development Research Foundation.

Mr. Chan is Chair Emeritus of Asia Society and Chairman of its Hong Kong Center, and a Founding Trustee of the African-Asian Society. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the National Committee on United States-China Relations, and the Committee of 100. He is a former member of the governing boards of the Peterson Institute for International Economics and the World Economic Forum. He has received many awards for his contributions to society, including the Grand Bauhinia Medal, the Builder of Bridges Award, and the “Passing the Torch – Outstanding Figures of Chinese Cultural Heritage Protection” Award.

Mr. Chan is active in education. He serves on the governing or advisory bodies of several universities, including the University of Southern California, Indian School of Business, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Yale University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University.

Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Business Administration degree and received an honorary doctorate from Hong Kong Baptist University.

弗朗茨先生自2022年11月起担任马勒集团总裁兼首席执行官，负责监管集团的关键业务领域和战略职能，包括热管理、电子与机电一体化，以及企业战略和通信。

弗朗茨先生于2001年加入马勒集团，最初在销售和市场营销部门任职，随后逐步晋升至多个领导岗位。2013年，他担任企业售后市场的执行副总裁，并在2018年成为管理委员会的一员。

除了在马勒集团的职责外，弗朗茨先生还积极参与行业组织活动，他是德国汽车工业协会（VDA）的董事会成员，致力于推动德国汽车行业的进步。在加入马勒集团之前，弗朗茨先生在罗伯特·博世有限公司积累了丰富的经验，他从1992年至2001年在该公司担任过多个职位。

Mr. Franz has served as President & CEO of the MAHLE Group since November 2022, overseeing critical business areas and strategic functions, including Thermal Management, Electronics & Mechatronics, and Corporate Strategy and Communications.

He began his career with MAHLE in 2001, initially working in Sales and Marketing before progressing through a series of leadership roles. In 2013, he became the Executive Vice President for Corporate Aftermarket and joined the Management Board in 2018.

Beyond his role at MAHLE, Mr. Franz actively participates in industry associations, serving as a board member of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), contributing to the advancement of the automotive sector in Germany. Before joining MAHLE, Mr. Franz gained valuable experience at Robert Bosch GmbH, working in various capacities from 1992 to 2001.

Mr. Franz holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart.

As a global business entrepreneur and financial industry executive for nearly three decades, Mr. Niu specializes in principal investing in the U.S. and across Asia, as well as leading multinational businesses in developed and developing economies. Having held top management positions at AIG, ING, and C.V. Starr, he also advises world leaders, Fortune 500 CEOs, major asset owners, and prominent private families on 21st-century forces with global impact, such as artificial intelligence, China, and new globalization.

He is also a Global Council member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, the world’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to educating youth in entrepreneurship, workplace readiness, and financial literacy. It delivers more than 17 million student experiences each year at universities and other schools in over 100 countries.

As a civic leader in Asian-American belonging and prosperity, Mr. Niu has been involved in numerous efforts to develop the next generation of U.S. leadership and actively advance constructive U.S.-Asia relations. Mr. Niu is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York, and the Committee of 100. He also serves as a Founding Advisory Council Co-Chair of the Asian American Foundation and is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center’s Kissinger Institute on U.S.-China Relations.

Mr. Niu earned a B.S. from Tsinghua University in Beijing, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also attended INSEAD’s Senior Executive Leadership Program in Paris and Singapore.

弗朗索瓦·奥柯特鲁-马涅先生于2017年至2024年担任伦敦商学院院长，现任伦敦商学院管理实践教授。

奥柯特鲁-马涅先生作为法国可持续经济发展理事会成员为法国政府提供在土地使用和住房政策方面的咨询。他在包括MIPIM和AFIRE在内的世界房地产大会上担任主旨演讲嘉宾，也被授予美国房地产荣誉顾问和英国皇家特许测量师学会董事。

奥柯特鲁-马涅先生曾在伦敦经济学院任讲师，并于2000年获得终身职位。2001年起任威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校商学院不动产教授，并先后担任不动产和城市土地经济学系主任和商学院院长。他在住房和土地市场经济学上的研究文章被顶级学术杂志和不同行业与媒体渠道刊登发表。他在2011年至2017年任威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校商学院院长期间，以大胆创新、提升师资研究影响力、强化学生学习力、推进商科教育转型而闻名。他2017年起担任伦敦商学院院长，任职期间主导了伦敦商学院的品牌战略重塑，疫情期间维持了学院的财务稳定，并在多元化、创新和数字化方面取得了显著进展。

奥柯特鲁-马涅先生拥有法国图卢兹普尔潘高等农业学校的农业工程与管理硕士学位和明尼苏达大学经济学博士学位。

Professor Ortalo-Magné was the Dean of London Business School from 2017 to 2024 and now serves as a Professor of Management Practice in Economics and Strategy and Entrepreneurship at LBS.

Professor Ortalo-Magné advises the French government on land use and housing policy issues as a member of the Conseil Economique du Développement Durable. He is a regular keynote speaker at international real estate conferences, including MIPIM and AFIRE, and has been awarded the distinctions of Counselor of Real Estate (USA) and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

Professor Ortalo-Magné became a Lecturer at the London School of Economics, where he gained tenure in 2000. In 2001, he moved to the Wisconsin School of Business, where he served as a Professor of Real Estate and chaired the School’s Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics prior to his appointment as Dean of the School. His research on the economics of housing and land markets has been published in leading academic journals and reported in various industry and media outlets. During his tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Business School, where he was Dean from 2011 to 2017, he advanced a bold strategy to increase the impact of faculty research, enhance student learning, and transform business education. He became the Dean of London Business School in 2017 and, during his tenure, spearheaded a strategic brand re-launch, navigated the school through the pandemic with robust financial health, and led initiatives in diversity, innovation, and digital transformation.

Professor Ortalo-Magné received a Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and Management from the École Supérieure d’Agriculture de Purpan in Toulouse and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
