Recently, graduates of BI-Fudan MBA Class 40 gathered at the BI Norwegian Business School Oslo Campus with participants from the BI Executive MBA Program and the BI Executive Master of Management in Energy Program for the graduation ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by Karen Spens, President of BI Norwegian Business School, Tianjun Feng, Assistant Dean, School of Management, Fudan University, Lars Olsen, Dean Executive of Bl Norwegian Business School, teaching professors from the program, and Maxime Schenckery, Director of Energy Economy and Management Center, lFP School, as well as family members and friends of the graduates. They gathered to celebrate all graduates' academic achievements and the journey that has brought them to this significant moment.

In this heartfelt commencement address, Karen Spens, President of BI Norwegian Business School, congratulated all the graduates from three programs.
She highlighted the significance of the transition from students to alumni and emphasized the value of the network, friendships, and shared learning experiences gained during their studies. Graduates were encouraged to apply their new knowledge and skills confidently in their careers, led by example, and acted as role models in their organizations and society.
Finally, she expressed gratitude to the graduates for choosing the school, hoped their expectations were met or exceeded, and urged them to stay connected and gave back to future students.
Share three thoughts: First, embrace change and pioneer change. Second, identify the trajectory of the next 10 to 20 years and find your own niche. Third, commit to lifelong learning.

Tianjun Feng, Assistant Dean, School of Management, Fudan University warmly congratulated all the graduating students, with special mention of the historic Class 40 who studied across three campuses in Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School.
Professor Feng highlighted the strong 29-year partnership between Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School, which has built the program's esteemed global reputation. He shared three key advices for the graduates:
1.Embrace and pioneer change, continuously reinventing themselves to survive and thrive in a dynamic world.
2.Identify the major trends of the next 10-20 years, such as scientific innovation and AI, and find their niche to apply their knowledge with strong execution.
3.Commit to lifelong learning, utilizing platforms provided by two schools to continue their growth.
He concluded by affirming that Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School will always be a home for the graduates and looked forward to future reunions, celebrating their long-term connection to the school.
During the Graduation Dinner, Antony Tang, the class monitor of Class 40 shared his exciting feelings:
We realize that with the different industries and different personalities, we can really bond together, to make impossible things happen... Now we become the family, including all the professors, faculties, EMBA graduates, EMME graduates. Family is always forever, and this journey will last forever.

Graduation does not signify the end of the MBA journey, but rather marks the inception of a new voyage. Equipped with a new mindset for innovation, leadership and sustainability, they are poised to return to their careers with greater confidence and make impactful contributions to the society.
