2014年，时任美国总统巴拉克·奥巴马提名鲍卡斯先生出任美国驻华大使，任职三年，直至2017年卸任。鲍卡斯先生于1978‑2014年担任美国蒙大拿州资深联邦参议员，也是蒙大拿州任职时间最长的联邦参议员。在当选联邦参议员之前，鲍卡斯先生于1975‑1978年在众议院担任蒙大拿州联邦众议员。

在美国参议院任职期间，鲍卡斯先生曾担任参议院财政委员会主席以及该委员会资深少数党议员。在担任委员会主席期间，他是《平价医疗法案》的主要设计者，该法案由时任美国总统巴拉克·奥巴马于2009年3月23日签署生效。

担任参议院财政委员会主席期间，鲍卡斯先生积累了丰富的国际贸易工作经验，主导推动美国与11个国家多项自由贸易协定获得通过并正式生效。他在参议院农业委员会任职时，牵头推动多项农业法案完成重新授权程序。在参议院环境与公共工程委员会任职期间，他推动多项公路法案及其他基础设施相关立法获得通过，并主导促成《1990年清洁空气法案》出台。

鲍卡斯先生拥有斯坦福大学学士学位与法学学位。

In 2014 U.S. President Barack Obama nominated Max Baucus to be Ambassador of the United States of America to the People’s Republic of China. He served as Ambassador for three years until 2017. Ambassador Baucus formerly served as the senior United States Senator from Montana from 1978 to 2014 and was Montana’s longest serving U.S. Senator. Before his election to the U.S. Senate, Ambassador Baucus represented Montana in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1975 to 1978.

While in the Senate, Ambassador Baucus was Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Finance. While Chairman, he was the chief architect of the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) which was signed by President Barack Obama into law on March 23, 2009.

Ambassador Baucus gained extensive experience in international trade as Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee where he led the passage and enactment of the Free Trade Agreements with 11 countries. While serving on the Senate Agriculture Committee, he led in securing reauthorization of numerous farm bills. As a member of the Committee on Environment and Public Works, he guided many highway bills and other infrastructure legislation to passage as well as leading the passage of The Clean Air Act of 1990.

Ambassador Baucus earned a bachelor’s and law degree from Stanford University.

弗朗茨先生自2022年11月起担任马勒集团总裁兼首席执行官，负责监管集团的关键业务领域和战略职能，包括热管理、电子与机电一体化，以及企业战略和通信。

弗朗茨先生于2001年加入马勒集团，最初在销售和市场营销部门任职，随后逐步晋升至多个领导岗位。2013年，他担任企业售后市场的执行副总裁，并在2018年成为管理委员会的一员。

Mr. Franz has served as President & CEO of the MAHLE Group since November 2022, overseeing critical business areas and strategic functions, including Thermal Management, Electronics & Mechatronics, and Corporate Strategy and Communications.

He began his career with MAHLE in 2001, initially working in Sales and Marketing before progressing through a series of leadership roles. In 2013, he became the Executive Vice President for Corporate Aftermarket and joined the Management Board in 2018.

Beyond his role at MAHLE, Mr. Franz actively participates in industry associations, serving as a board member of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), contributing to the advancement of the automotive sector in Germany. Before joining MAHLE, Mr. Franz gained valuable experience at Robert Bosch GmbH, working in various capacities from 1992 to 2001.

Mr. Franz holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart.

贺达先生自2021年5月起担任瓦克化学股份有限公司总裁兼首席执行官，他在董事会的职责包括瓦克生物科技和瓦克多晶硅业务部门，以及企业发展、企业传播、内部审计、法务、合规以及企业养老保险等事务。

2003年，贺达先生加入瓦克，就职于企业发展部，历任多个职位。2012年，贺达先生担任瓦克有机硅业务部门总裁。2015年起，贺达先生加入瓦克化学股份有限公司董事会。

除了公司内部的职责，贺达先生目前亦是德国化学工业协会副主席，致力于推动德国化学工业的发展。加入瓦克之前，贺达先生于2000年进入德国慕尼黑贝恩管理咨询公司担任资深顾问，迄今在化工领域拥有超过20年的经验。

贺达先生于1996年在康斯坦茨大学化学系取得理科硕士学位，2000年在日内瓦和法兰克福大学获得博士学位。

Mr. Hartel has been President & CEO of Wacker Chemie AG since May 2021, overseeing key business divisions and functions, including Wacker Biosolutions and Wacker Polysilicon, Corporate Development, Corporate Communications, Corporate Auditing, Legal, Compliance, and Retirement Benefits.

He started with the company in 2003 in Corporate Development and ascended through various leadership roles, becoming President of Wacker Silicones in 2012 and joining the Executive Board in 2015.

Beyond Wacker Chemie, Mr. Hartel is actively involved as the Vice President of the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI), contributing to the advancement of the chemical sector in Germany. Prior to joining Wacker Chemie, Mr. Hartel worked as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company in Munich starting in 2000. He has over 20 years of professional experience in the chemical sector.

Mr. Hartel holds a PhD from the Universities of Geneva and Frankfurt, and an MSc in chemistry from the University of Konstanz.

陆雄文教授现任复旦大学管理学院党委书记、复旦大学管理学院科创管理研究中心主任。

陆教授的教学和研究主要集中于科创企业公司治理、战略领导力、组织发展、中国不成熟市场营销等，曾主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、上海市人民政府重大决策咨询、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划、复旦大学人文社会学科传世之作学术精品研究项目等；在国内外权威刊物上发表五十余篇论文，出版了多部著作及教材，并主编《管理学大辞典》，是《辞海》第六、第七版管理学分科主编。

陆教授还担任第二届国家“双一流”建设专家委员会委员，第四、第五及第六届全国工商管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会副主任委员，国际商学院联合会（AACSB）全球理事会成员，亚太商学院协会（AAPBS）执委、理事；曾任美国管理专业研究生考试委员会（GMAC）全球董事。

陆教授毕业于复旦大学管理学院，获经济学博士学位，曾赴美国达特茅斯大学塔克商学院做博士后研究，并曾在美国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院和俄亥俄州立大学费雪商学院担任访问学者。

Professor Xiongwen Lu is Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Management and Founding Director of Sci-Tech Innovation Management Research Centre at Fudan University.

Professor Lu’s teaching and research interests cover corporate governance for sci-tech innovation companies, strategic leadership, corporate reorganization, and marketing in China as an immature market etc. He presided over a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a major decision-making consultation project of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the Outstanding Young Teachers' Grant Program of the Ministry of Education, and a key research project of Fudan University on the academic excellence of heirloom works in humanities and social disciplines. He is the Chief Editor of “Advanced Dictionary of Management” and Editor-in-Chief for Management Sub-Section of both the Sixth and Seventh Editions of Ci Hai (a large-scale Chinese dictionary). He has authored or co-authored seven books and published over five dozen research papers.

Professor Lu also serves as a Member of the Second National Expert Committee for the “Double First-Class Initiative” (China’s project to develop world-class universities and disciplines). Besides, he has been serving as Vice Chairman of China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee since 2008. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Council Member and Executive Member of Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS). He was also Board Director of Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) from 2011 to 2020.

Professor Lu received his Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University and was a Research Fellow and Visiting Scholar at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, MIT Sloan School of Management, and the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.

陆亚东教授，现任美国迈阿密大学管理学教授和杰出讲席教授，是国际企业管理研究领域内享誉世界的杰出学者。

陆教授在国际企业管理类重要期刊（包括《美国管理学学会期刊》《管理科学季刊》《战略管理杂志》《国际商业研究杂志》《美国管理学会评论》《应用心理学杂志》《组织科学》等）共累计发表两百多篇专业论文，出版二十五部专著。在多家学术期刊和学术机构发布的学术排行榜上，陆教授的贡献量均位居世界前列，其研究成果被其他学者引用近六万次。

陆教授1996年于美国天普大学取得博士学位。他获得数十个研究、教学、教育和服务奖，包括迈阿密大学杰出学者奖、美国管理学会杰出教育者奖和《国际商务研究期刊》学术贡献金奖等。

Professor Yadong Luo, Emery M. Findley Distinguished Chair and Professor of Management at the University of Miami, is a globally renowned scholar in international business and international management.

Professor Luo has published more than 200 articles in major refereed journals in international business and management, including the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Administrative Science Quarterly (ASQ), Academy of Management Review (AMR), Strategic Management Journal (SMJ), Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP), and Organization Science, among others. He also authored 25 books and over a hundred other publications. He was ranked as one of the world’s most prolific authors in leading international business and management journals by several academic publications. His works have been cited nearly 60,000 times by scholars around the world.

Professor Luo received his Ph.D. from Temple University in 1996. He is the recipient of dozens of research, teaching, education, and service awards, including the Faculty Senate Distinguished Scholar Award at the University of Miami (the first ever by UM business school faculty), the Academy of Management Outstanding Educator Award, and the JIBS 50th Anniversary Scholarly Contribution Gold Medal Award.

尹志尧博士是中微公司的创始人，该公司是科创板首批上市企业之一。他参与并领导了集成电路设备业界一半以上成功的等离子体刻蚀设备开发，是几代等离子体刻蚀技术及设备的主要发明人和工业化应用的推动者之一。

在尹博士的领导下，中微公司专注于集成电路、LED芯片等微观器件领域的等离子体刻蚀设备、深硅刻蚀设备和MOCVD设备等关键设备的研发、生产和销售，其技术实力已达到国际领先水平。

尹博士的成就得到了广泛认可，2010年获得国家科技重大专项突出贡献奖，2012年荣获上海市“白玉兰纪念奖”，2013年被评为首届“浦东经济人物十强”，2018年被授予“感动上海年度人物”称号。同年，他与英特尔董事长等一起被美国VLSI Research评为2018年国际半导体产业十大领军明星。2021年，尹博士入选安永中国企业家奖十人，并荣获唯一的企业家大奖。2023年，他获得上海市政府评定的“2022年度上海市科技进步奖”一等奖。此外，尹博士还在2020年和2024年连续荣登福布斯中国50名最佳CEO榜单。

尹博士不仅推动了中国半导体产业的发展，也成为了中国科技创新的典范。他的领导和创新精神，为中国乃至全球半导体产业的进步做出了重要贡献。

Mr. Gerald Yin is the founder of AMEC, one of the pioneering companies listed on China’s STAR Market. He has played a pivotal role in developing over half of the successful plasma etching equipment used in the integrated circuit industry. Mr. Yin is a world-renowned inventor and a key promoter of the industrial application of plasma etching technology and equipment.

Under Mr. Yin’s visionary leadership, AMEC focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of critical equipment, including plasma etching, deep silicon etching, and MOCVD equipment for integrated circuits and LED chips. The company’s technological capabilities have achieved a leading position on the global stage.

Mr. Yin’s contributions are widely acknowledged. In 2010, he received China’s National Science and Technology Major Project Outstanding Contribution Award. In 2012, he was honored with the Shanghai Magnolia Award. In 2013, he was recognized as one of the “Top Ten Economic Figures of Pudong” in its inaugural selection. In 2018, he was named one of the “People Who Moved Shanghai.” That same year, VLSI Research recognized him as one of the “Top 10 All Stars of the International Semiconductor Industry,” alongside Intel’s Chairman. In 2021, Mr. Yin was selected for the Winners of EOY 2021 Awards in China and won the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 in Chinese mainland. In 2023, he was awarded the “2022 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award” First Prize by the Shanghai Municipal Government. Mr. Yin was also listed on Forbes China’s Top 50 Best CEOs in 2020 and 2024.

Mr. Yin has driven the development of China’s semiconductor industry and become a model of technological innovation in the country. His leadership and innovative spirit have significantly contributed to the advancement of the semiconductor industry both in China and globally.

张付强教授，美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院管理与应用经济学博士，现任复旦大学管理学院院长、李达三讲席教授。此前任职于美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学奥林商学院，曾担任Dan Broida供应链、运营与科技管理讲席教授、系主任及MBA项目副院长。

张付强教授的主要研究领域包括供应链创新、数字驱动的运营管理、可持续运营以及平台运营与治理。在运营与供应链管理领域的国际顶级学术期刊，包括Management Science、Operations Research、Manufacturing & Service Operations Management、Production and Operations Management及Marketing Science等发表大量学术论文，并长期担任Management Science、Manufacturing & Service Operations Management等国际顶级期刊编委。

其研究成果获得国际学术界广泛认可和引用，Google Scholar总引用次数超过9500次，其中单篇论文最高引用超过1800次。曾荣获多项国际研究与教学奖项，包括INFORMS青年学者论文竞赛荣誉提名奖、William Pierskalla最佳论文竞赛二等奖、华人学者管理科学与工程协会年会最佳论文奖两次、POMS Wickham Skinner早期职业研究成就奖，以及奥林商学院Reid教学奖。

Fuqiang Zhang received his PhD in Managerial Science and Applied Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently Dean and Li Dasan Chair Professor at the School of Management, Fudan University. Prior to joining Fudan, he was on the faculty of the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, where he served as the Dan Broida Professor of Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology, Area Chair, and Associate Dean for MBA Programs.

Professor Zhang’s research interests include supply chain innovation, data-driven operations management, sustainable operations, and platform operations and governance. He has published extensively in leading international journals in operations and supply chain management, including Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and Marketing Science. He has also served on the editorial boards of leading international journals, including Management Science and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management.

His research has received broad international recognition and has been widely cited, with more than 9,500 citations on Google Scholar and over 1,800 citations for his most highly cited paper. He has received numerous international research and teaching awards, including an Honorable Mention in the INFORMS Junior Faculty Interest Group Paper Competition, Second Place in the William Pierskalla Best Paper Award competition, two Best Paper Awards from the Chinese Scholars Association for Management Science and Engineering, the POMS Wickham Skinner Early-Career Research Accomplishments Award, and the Reid Teaching Award from Olin Business School.
