U-Transformation Program

 

BI-Fudan International MBA Program designs U-Transformation Program (referred to as “UT Program”) to help students develop a new mindset and an attitude of career development: Sustainable Career, Life-long Learning and Self-Actualization. The UT Program adopts an integrated approach to the student’s leadership development and personal growth based on their needs at different learning periods during 2-year MBA journey, involving various activities/initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Lectures, Experience Sharing, Career Counselling etc. so as to enable MBA students re-examine themselves and redefine life purpose of their own, anchor the right direction of the next chapter, and realize their values when contributing to the society.
