Professor Bao Jiming holds a Doctorate in Management Science and serves as Professor of Business Administration at Fudan University. He previously served as Vice President and President of Overseas Companies, as well as Executive Director and Chairman of Overseas Companies at SIIC.His main research areas include corporate leadership, corporate organization and human resources, organizational behavior, and international business management. He was awarded the 300th Anniversary Medal of Saint Petersburg in 2008, the Second Prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award in 2017 and 2018, and the First Prize of Fudan University Teaching Achievement Award in 2018. He is the author of *Practice of the New Five-Star Leadership* and other works.
