Professor Feng Tianjun serves as Assistant Dean and Professor of Management Science at the School of Management, Fudan University, as well as Executive Director of the Center for Business Analytics and Operations Innovation and Deputy Secretary-General of the Behavioral Operations & Management Branch of the Operations Research Society of China. His research covers logistics, supply chain, service and behavioral operations management, data-driven operations, decision and risk analysis. He leads key NSFC projects and acts as a reviewer for NSFC and RGC. His works have appeared in top journals including *Manufacturing and Service Operations Management* and *Production and Operations Management.
