Consensus Model Analysis:
A Theoretical and Methodological Approach to Studying Cognition in Organizations

Josh Keller will be discussing consensus model analysis, an approach to studying group-level cognition and between-group comparisons adapted
from Anthropology, as well as results from a forthcoming paper in Organization Science that utilizes this approach. Attached is a copy of that
paper.
Josh Keller is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy, Management and Organization Division at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
He received his PhD in Management and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. His primary research interests are in the impact of culture
on cognition in organizations. He has published in major Management journals, including Organization Science and Organizational Behavior and
Human Decision Processes.
