嘉宾简介 Bio of the Speaker：

Roger Levermore [BA, MA, PhD]

Professor of Management at HKUST MBA.

Roger is a recognized expert in leadership development, strategy implementation and CSR in emerging economies.  He has a profound understanding of effective communication in ethically and politically charged cross-cultural environments.  In addition to his core topics, Roger is also asked to address crisis management, presentation skills and sustainability.

Roger’s approach deeply benefits organization and leadership development while broadening participants’ view of career selection and management.  Roger’s experience and skill enables him to collect information, logically analyze root causes, understand client needs and provide complete solutions. 

Professor Levermore refined his expertise at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Liverpool.   Prior to offering his services to higher education Roger was a practitioner in the insurance industry.  Roger has trained executives from a wide spectrum of industries in particular: textiles, retail, finance, food & beverage and sports.   Clients have included: Lenovo, HSBC, MTR, CLP, Gammon Construction, HKSAR, Halton Borough Council as well as many small and medium sized businesses in Hong Kong and the UK.

讲座内容简介Abstract of the Speech：

This presentation takes an experiential form that engages the audience with practical, simulated  scenarios that are written following teaching with - and interview of - senior executives in Hong Kong. An overview of the challenges and opportunities of global leadership are stated at the start before simulated crisis communication exercises are developed with the audience.
